Positive experience: Rancho Luna Cienfuegos Cuba. Resort was interesting, lacking of pop, salt, pepper, with food shortages throughout the whole island it's understandable bring your own snacks. But the view the water was great if your wanting to relax this is a place to do it.

She even answered a question while she was away on holidays. I would recommend anyone to use Jacqueline if you want everything to go smoothly. There were no shortages of food or drinks at our resort in Sol Palmeras Veradero. There was plenty of bottled water and the buffet was great. There was always something good to eat and plenty of it. Most of all the people in Cuba can’t be beat. Book book with Jacqueline at Woodstock travel and you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Six of us were looking to book a vacation to Punta Cana in March. I had found some very good prices online, but the one couple weren't comfortable not going through a real travel agent. After some research, I found Woodstock Travel (Woodstock, Ontario) who had the exact same deal on their website. I gave them a call and talked to Travel agent Jamie Horwood and she preceded to do all the paperwork for the group. Everything was put together perfectly, and it was a comfort to know we could call them if there was a problem.........but there was no problems and everything went as planned. A+++ to Woodstock Travel.

Negative experience: Terrible Service. Zero accountability. These people just don’t care. Get you in, get you out and collect their commission. If you want a travel agent that genuinely cares about your trip, go elsewhere. If zero stars was an option, that would be the rating.

Fantastic experience: Holly helped my group book the Air Canada Land and Sea Duo Tour Package. It was a great pre-scheduled tour with included flights, hotel accommodation (Land), excursions, and all inclusive cruise accommodation (Sea). We wanted a few upgrades because the tour package came with basic rooms. Holly worked very hard to get us the suite we wanted on the cruise. I highly suggest the European Tour Packages through Air Canada - as long as you are prepared for a lot of walking! Woodstock Travel has been great help while we learned about the package for the first time.

Fantastic experience: I asked Holly to help me with booking excursions for our trip to Hawaii. I gave her suggestions and a budget and she came through with some amazing plans. We did a helicopter ride over Kauai, a hike up the canyon, a sunset dinner cruise, a laua, and more. Would definitely ask her to help again in future planning.

Negative experience: I'm the one who had the milestone birthday with 28 people that you "have no record of". We dealt with Holly. Not one thing went right as far as travel arrangements. We would have been better off just booking online for ourselves and saved the frustration.

Negative experience: I'm so glad that anyone who had a good experience with Woodstock Travel. I'm afraid we didn't experience the same. They didn't respond or get back to us when they were suppose to. They were very disappointing to us. Our trip was 41 days to Australia and New Zealand. So lack of service was very disappointing to us.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a group trip in 2022 with 28 other people for a milestone birthday and Woodstock Travel did absolutely nothing to make this trip successful. Families on the airplane were scattered, the group was scattered all throughout the resort, the restaurant for the celebration didn’t get booked. The agency wasn’t able to provide any information on off resort excursions. Booking information, names etc.. had to be revised prior to leaving. We spent over $35K and ultimately had to fend for ourselves. Thanks to a special friend who took the lead and worked with resort to arrange the birthday celebration.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I just returned from a marvelous Scenic Azure Luxury River Cruise on the Douro River in Portugal. The staff aboard was exemplary in all their activities, our Butler looked after our every need. The Excursions were geared to half or whole day excursions. Winery tours were fascinating, especially with the wine tasting amongst the huge barrels of wine &/or Port. The meals were both a la cart, or buffet - with the exception of dinner. The Chef, was present to help with choices, & remembered my husband's like of seafood from our first night. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable & patient with those moving slower than others, or who had questions. Jacqueline Newton was our capable Travel Agent from Woodstock Travel. She is extremely competent & willing to help with choices to be made. We have already booked another cruise through Jacqueline & Woodstock Travel for Feb., 2025. Fantastic experience: We went to Caya coco Cuba and booked our trip with Woodstock travel they were great with the booking n helpful to any questions i had , the resort we stayed at was perfect gran muthu imperial was very clean very relaxing the staff were always smiling n very helpful sunwing reps was helpful we had a delay on the way back but the resort put us up for a extra night n we purchased vip package for the departure at airport that made our delay there more comfortable

Fantastic experience: Holly and the team put together a fantastic trip to Cuba for our family (15 in total). This trip was originally booked for March 2020 and was cancelled. Holly went to bat for us and made sure that the original trip was fully refunded and kept a keen eye on everything until we were ready to book again. Traveling with a large group can be tricky but holly was able to do a great job of getting things arranged ahead of time for us so that when we arrived we only had to worry about relaxing! We will definitely use Woodstock travel again for future trips and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: We cancelled a family trip last March before travel restrictions were put in place. Holly warned us that we might lose all our money, but we felt it was the safest thing to do. She went too bat for us, and we got full credit. This year she helped us get all our money back. Holly had helped us pick a perfect resort to take our kids and young grandchildren to.
