Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Sandra for all your travel needs, she is bilingual english/Spanish and utilizes all the necessary tools to find you the best option specifically to Mendoza, Argentina that can be overwhelming to book on your own for the different connecting flights. She has a great sense of humour and most importantly a person who keeps her promise to keep the search while on vacation. Negative experience: Swing and a miss. Polo Travel was recommend to us by a friend to book a vacation to Cancun. The first person i contacted (I want to say.. Angie?) Took about a week to respond. We ended up calling to try and speak with her. That didn't work and we got passed off to Oliver. There was no communication between them that Oliver had taken over. Oliver is a lovely man, and I have zero issues with his personality. The issue again was communication and timeliness. Errors (minor) in the booking regarding birth dates and i also found that Oliver had a typo in his e-mail address on the SunWing booking - this could have prevented me from receiving updates about the flight. It's fine, I caught it and corrected it. There was a time crunch on this trip as it was only booked 5 weeks in advance and I believe Polo Travel was not prepared for that kind of urgency - that part I can put on me. The only reason my partner insisted on using a travel agency was to obtain private transport between the airport and hotel and back. This... Really did not pan out. It was not addressed until about 3 days before our flight... Nah. No. I booked that separately on my own because of my lack of faith in this company. The hotel booking itself and flights ( via SunWing a la Oliver) were fine. We ended up with a suite with 2 twin beds instead of a king - which my partner was upset by - but i honestly don't think Oliver had much control over that. Bottom line: poor communication, poor response times. Would not use again.

Fantastic experience: Polo Travel Ltd has always been there for my travel needs. I recently flew West Jet to Nashville and the flight returning home was canceled last minute at the airport. Rosie and the team at Polo Travel was there to assist me in the late hours of the evening to ensure that West Jet had me rebooked to fly home on the next available flight.

Fantastic experience: Rita at Polo Travel did a fantastic job of organizing our trip to Italy. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable service from the very beginning. When I reached out to her with a concern of a train strike in our last few days in Italy, she answered right away and supplied phone numbers and information to keep me updated. She went above and beyond what I expected from a travel agent - thank you to Rita and Polo Travel for making my vacation a memorable one!!

Fantastic experience: It I could give this agency more stars I would. I decided to go with Rosie she was referred to me by a close friend. She planned my whole trip to Italy Rosie was prompt, clear in her instructions, paid attention to detail and made the booking process much easier. Fantastic experience: Booked my wedding to Dominican with Polo Travel. They made it super clear and easy to book! Rosie (travel agent) had awesome suggestions for where to book and made the booking process seamless for all guests! Natasha is the 'in house' wedding planner - which makes things very easy to have both working together! Natasha suggested and planned for the wedding off resort at Huracan Cafe and also made the process super easy! I was not accustomed to using a travel agency but after using polo travel I wouldn't go any where else! Prices were great and service was spot on! If you are planning a destination wedding - this is the place to go. Rosie and Natasha are the best!

She is attentive, remarkably efficient, and very knowledgeable! Absolutely the best service I have ever received!!! We had some emergencies while on vacation in the Dominican and she assisted us so quickly and was always there to answer us no matter the time of day! Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Spoke with a representative over the phone who took all my information, destination and dates, said she would send information and stay connected but never heard back. I called a few days later, was advised the rep was on a call and would call me back - didn't return my call. Poor customer service - I took my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Do not recommend going here! My father bought a ticket here and the woman Patricia didn't care to mentioned the luggage was not included! So how does she think that he is going for 2 weeks and don't buy a ticket with luggage included??? In what world would he not need luggage for 2 week trip!!! He ended up having to pay EXTRA FOR THE LUGGAGE ON TOP OF THE TICKET!!! Don't go here it is cheaper to buy it yourself!!! If I could I would give 0 stars.

Negative experience: My family friend also bought tickets here and Patricia was the person who helped her sadly this lady booked a trip for a family with kids in February 15 and the trip was suppose to be for March break week.My friend was even welling to go in February but Patricia never advise the family of dates or times. My family friend never got a check in email nothing not even a concerned call as to why the whole family wasn't at the airport. My friend bought the tickets in December went in to the office twice in January and now my friend a business owner for over 10 years is being told that she wasn't clear. Patricia should take some responsibility for not double or even triple checking and clarifying dates for big families.

Fantastic experience: As someone who used to book travel myself online only, I never really saw the need for a travel agent until I was referred to Polo Travel. The staff at Polo Travel is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with the assurance I need as I planned my family vacations. It’s one thing to read reviews online, but having the expertise from someone who has first hand knowledge about a variety of travel destinations, resorts, beaches and amenities was awesome! Not to mention the assurance of having someone to contact when we have questions or concerns is priceless. The staff at Polo Travel is thorough, offers fantastic recommendations and provides me and my family with confidence when we travel.
