Fantastic experience: So attentive

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Anna is a pathetic excuse for a travel agent— rude, unprofessional and completely disinterested. Her email etiquette is atrocious and then she's rude when you're forced to follow up due to non-responsiveness. It's shocking that you would employ someone with this much incompetence at your agency and more so that you would have them in a public facing role.

Negative experience: Really bad experience. Definitely won't be returning.
