Every time, the service was fast and courteous and the prices were great. I'm impressed by the personal service offered by Valentina and Peerless team and the efficiency and functionality offered by their website. Special thanks to Valentina Kaganovich, who is highly professional and a very nice and reliable person. By far it’s the best travel agency I've dealt with. Valentina helped me book various travel products, including airfare and health insurance. This year we went for a trip to Aruba, which was an unforgettable vacation experience for us ever! Valentina and Peerless team are extremely helpful, responsive to questions, and go above and beyond to ensure that their clients get what they wanted. Valentina always offered me excellent and knowledgeable advice to ensure I got the best possible prices and value. Will definitely keep using this Peerless Travel agency! Highly recommended!

Have used Shelley on many of our travel plans & will continue to use her for all our travel needs.. Fantastic experience: WOW , I am surprised with all the negative , I guess it depends on the person you are dealing with , Always ask for Rachel Bosian , I have worked with her for almost 30 years and have followed her where ever she went, and let me say she goes beyond protocol to help you out , she has even given me her personal phone number if I need her for anything , I guess with any business you need to really have a good repor with the individual , you cant always blame the company they cant keep track of everyone and I am sure when they know there not doing a good job they are let go , I know Rachel is great , I think she has been with them for over 20 years so make sure you ask how long they have been with the company better yet just ask for Rachel

Fantastic experience: In November, I had to book a business trip to LA and San Francisco. I worked with Dalia Shahar. She is extremely organized and strives to find you the best deal. She has obviously been in this industry long enough to know just how to do that. On top of that, while I was away, she programmed alerts to remind me of when to check in and flight times. I travel a lot and have never received that service from any other company that I have dealt with to date. Finally, she was always accessible. Today, I learned that she is based in Israel. I had no idea because I contact her on a Canadian phone number. At midnight her time today, we hammered out the 3 destination flight schedule (with 6 travel days) that would accommodate our schedule while allowing for down time. She is amazing. Thank you Dalia for your time and kind consideration. You are incredible to work with!!

Fantastic experience: I have great experience with Mila Kryjanovskaia from Peerless travel. She is my travel agent for 12 years. I am always happy to get the best price for vacation trips as well as air tickets. I completely trust her professional skills and there was never a problem with payment (credit card or cheques). She is extremely pleasant person, ready to help any time even when you call her late.

Positive experience: Unfortunately Peerless has a new policy where a $500 per person deposit must be paid before being able to view an initial itinerary. I have worked with several luxury travel agents and this has never been the case. I was planning a honeymoon to South Africa and Seychelles and was referred to Peerless Travel (by a friend who did not have to pay the deposit), and was excited to move forward and book the trip with Peerless Travel. However, we ultimately didn’t feel comfortable because of this policy.

Fantastic experience: I went to South Africa with my husband from November 15 till Dec 2 , 2023. Our entire trip was planned with Shelly Wulfson from PEARLESS TRAVEL from top to bottom our trip was AMAZIN Shelly planned everything from rides from every where we went to hotels from different parts of South Africa. We were so so happy with our trip than you Shelly for everything it was amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I booked a trip with Peerless Travel and everything was amazing. How often do you hear that? They suggested a cruise on the Celebrity Sillhouette and their price was great and the trip was fantastic. Peerless has a great team and whenever I called, there was always someone able to help answer a question. Their flight suggestions and booking was also great. I would listen to them because their experience saved me aggravation by getting there the day before and not having the worry, also, the flight home was perfectly timed to be a later flight in case the ship docks late and it did. But, I didn't have to worry because I had plenty of time to get to the airport. I highly recommend calling Peerless, you will save money because of their experience and ability to access information not available to everyone and we are already looking forward to booking our next trip with Peerless. PS. Celebrity offers outstanding service, great entertainment and great food. I highly recommend taking the Premium Beverage Package, it's worth it, not just for alcoholic drinks but all the specialty coffees and premium waters as well as champagne. Thanks Peerless.

Negative experience: Several years ago I took a family trip to Israel with Peerless Travel. The owner asked me if I could do a video promoting his tour while we were there, offering some compensation. The actual trip was excellent and when I returned I produced that video promoting the tour and Peerless travel. I presented the owner with 3 copies of the video. The following day he called to inform me that he didn't like the production so I returned that day to retrieve my videos and was told that I had only delivered 2 videos and they had nothing else, despite my claims that I had delivered 3 copies. Many years later a friend of mine said that Peerless had asked him to produce a video and he mentioned that Peerless had shown him my video (the one that they swore they didn't have). When I brought this to their attention, they returned my video without a word of explanation. So for more than 15 years Peerless had been using my video for promotional purposes without my consent or any compensation. Do you really think this is a reputable travel agent? I think the Yiddish word for this travel agent is Guniff.

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from our tour in Israel, which we originally planned for 2020 and was postponed 3 times. Ari and Sara were great to work with and certainly worked through the challenges of this due to Covid. Our guide, Aharon, was exceptional and choice of accommodations were great as well. Fantastic experience: I would like to take this opportunity of Thanking Deb Wilson from Peerless Travel for the amazing cruise she had organized for us to Hawaii. She really went far and beyond of what was expected, from the Limo picking you up at home to the airport and back. All excursions were well organized , on time, and most informative . If anyone is looking for the most wonderful holiday Deb Wilson is the agent to book with.

Fantastic experience: Since this was our first trip to Israel, we decided to use a travel agent to organize a tour for us. Eliana Yakobovits at Peerless Travel worked with us every step of the way and did not disappoint. She was always available to answer questions whether it be for hotel selection, restaurant recommendations, money exchange, etc, etc. the tour was 14 days and extremely educational. We took an extra week in Tel Aviv at the end to relax and just explore on our own. We were a group of 17 which made it even more enjoyable by allowing us time to meet and spend time with each tourist. The tour guide was fantastic as well - very knowledgeable. So in summary, I recommend this agent and travel agency whether you want a group or private tour. They accommodate either.

Negative experience: Nellie Pedro may be an excellent tour guide but travel agent, that is a completely different story. Failure to provide a refund or credit for cancelled vacation package, to which notification of cancellation was provided two weeks prior to departure due to medical reasons of one of the travelers. Failure to provide the necessary documentation required in order to issue a claim through insurance. Attempt by the Executive VP of International Heritage Tours, Artzi Korostelev to change the terms and conditions of the purchase stating that cancellation occurred after non-refundable deadline when terms and conditions clearly stated that the only thing non-refundable was $250 deposit per passenger and a potential $150 admin fee for Sunwing. Cancellation deadline was 2 hours prior to departure at the time of purchase and at the time the travel dates as well. We will never deal with these people ever again.

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful trip. Deb looked after arranging the flights, to getting me checked in- something that I am getting better at doing myself. She booked our group into many interesting and informative tours- some of which she investigated extensively as to best value for the cost. I really appreciated that she was always aware and followed up on how we had enjoyed or found something lacking in some of our experiences. She needs this feed-back when she is arranging future tours. I am looking forward to travelling with her in the future.

Fantastic experience: Deb Wilson is a passionate, well organized travel agent who keeps herself in the know. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Right from get-go she asks about your needs and your wants - what you would like to experience. She works hard to get you the best possible deals and then follows through. She advises you on the paperwork required such as proof of vaccination, Covid tests, to check your passport for expiration date, etc... She helps you get the appropriate apps on you phone to make your trip as hassle free as possible. In short Deb takes care of all the small details that could cause you stress and headaches during your trip. She is there to handle issues that arise unexpectedly such as hotel mix-ups and misplaced luggage. She is your go-to person and makes sure you feel safe. During an emergency she is your contact person and will deal with it efficiently and quickly. Even after the trip is over she will contact you to ensure that all is well. Negative experience: horrible service, Ann was recommended by a friend and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE BOOKING A TRIP!! Ann was NO HELP with the ongoing pandemic. When booking our trip to the DR (originally scheduled to fly out on March 24th - the week that everyone went into lock down) we had previously paid for CANCELLATION INSURANCE, it has been over 4 months and we have still not received our refund. i have tried to contact her multiple times and she is completely unresponsive. I would have understood the delay if we did not pay for cancellation insurance but we did so the 4 month delay is absolutely unacceptable, i will probably never see that money again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Fantastic experience: July 2016 Hi Kathy, I wanted to take a moment and thank you and Naomi for organizing our Bar Mitzvah trip to Israel this July. My whole family and I unanimously agree that it was the most incredible trip we have ever taken! Israel is something to see. I can clearly see how one falls in love with the country and the people. We were so proud of what our nation could accomplish in such a short time. We experienced so much in 10 days. The archeological dig was amazing, the kids loved the camel and donkey rides, kayaking was thrilling, the moments at the wall were so moving, Masada was breathtaking at Dawn. There is so much to remember. Every day was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. We laughed, we cried at times, it was quite emotional. Negative experience: I booked a trip to Isreal with Peerless Travel. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. After calling constantly and asking when I would receive my itinerary with no answer (and this was with 1 week to go before I was leaving) I just went down to Peerless and insisted on the information right away. (until that moment I wasn't even sure if the trip was actually booked) This is based on a trip that was arranged months in advance. Unacceptable. I asked how many people were on our tour and they lied. It was triple the amount of people that they told me, making it difficult to move around without stopping to cater to someone in the group. It was a constant battle of chasing. I would not recommend this travel agent to anyone. The actual itinerary was missing times and pick up places. A mess.

Negative experience: Fraud alert indeed! This company is totally unethical and dishonest. They scam from people and play dumb. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. If you're foolish enough to still book with them after reading these reviews, make darn sure you know all the details and triple check them before you pay a cent. They are just disgusting people.
