Negative experience: They are cheating the customers money. They gave dummy tickets and claimed the money. And, the business has been closed now. I think around 5 customers going to file court case now. If you any others affected, please contact me. We will add your names as well for claim. My brother is a solicitor and its free of service.

Negative experience: they are biggest cheaters. Don't trust this travel agency. My friends lost almost CAD 11,000. They don't have kindness or integrity . Need to report this to the government. Please note, I am waiting for your refund for last 9 months. When did your staff talk to me?

Negative experience: They put me through,hell and I have left on vacation yet. They do not care that I have kidney disease cardiomyopathy and other health issues. I heard that the resort that I'm going to on Tuesday has infestation of bugs they don't do anything they don't repair anything there's raids and stuff people hitting each other it's not a place I want to go to. Sunwing said that it's not their problem because I went through a travel agent and I will never ever ever deal with trip support again they don't care they've basically said that they're not going to help me no matter what and Sunwing insists that it is their responsibility. If I don't get to liters of bottled water every day while I'm there I will either have to go on dialysis or worse so if you want to go with them you go ahead and go with them but I will never go there again I'm also going to report them to the better business bureau because this is ridiculous. Next time i world book with the airline it's not worth the stress an anxiety that they caused me. As far as I'm concerned in my case they were dishonest and I despise people who lie. It's Less expensive,to go Directly with Sunwing.

Negative experience: NEVER EVER choose this agency. They are very unprofessional and not supports their customer interests. My flight was cancelled with airlines instead of negotiated with airlines to get the alternative flight, they lied to me and push me to get another one way flight which cost me $4,000. Never trust these lyres and get your ticket or package from the airlines directly. These middle men should remove from business.

Negative experience: We went to Memories Flamenco Beach Resort Feb 7th-14th, 2023. We were told that this is a great resort by the trip support specialist and that they have many return visitors. The resort rooms were very basic(even for Cuba standards), and the food was worse then any other time I have been to Cuba. One day the resort ran out of beer, another it ran out of Cola. There was no tequila the entire time and there were no fruity ice drinks(Daiquiris, Pina Coladas, ect) that one expects when on a beach vacation. The beach was beautiful however you had to wear shoes to get in and out of the water as the first 4 feet or so had shells and coral making it painful and hard to walk on. The rooms were very basic with no smoke detectors(spot on ceiling where they should be), the tub was VERY high to get into that it was almost dangerous for any under 5'8". The resort had garbage on the grounds and was not upkept as a 4.5 star resort should be. Definitely would not recommend or would not go back. I think that perhaps the support at Trip Support should reconsider recommending this place-Memories Flamenco Beach Resort.

Negative experience: Shaman Kashyap Billing Accountant Was a terrible person to try and fix the issue currently going on and started to raise his voice and speak over me and then threatened to send people after my accounts. I asked to speak to a supervisor but refused to do so and said it’s only him so this company is questionable to use and I don’t recommend using this for anything for anyone.

Negative experience: I had the worst customer service experience with this agency. I even spoke with the manager who is called "MAY". She was a poor listener, could not understand our concerns and all the difficulties we had to go through because of the agency.

Negative experience: Edited… Sunwing confirmed once again! It wasn’t Sunwing. They are lying again! Cheaters. Warn you! Avoid them at all cost. They wrongfully took 50% of our money. They sent a clear cancellation policy but later they denied it. My visa was delayed, I just had to change the date. They just wanted 50% of our money instead of changing travel date. When they were confronted with logical questions, they acted extremely rude and like a bully. Later I contacted two different departments of Sunwing. Both clearly said that Trip Support is having personal interest in not cooperating with you. They both said that Sunwing can easily change the date for you and you don’t have to go for cancellation. Even 1 star is too much for someone who first rips you off, then lies to your face, and doing so acts rudely.

Negative experience: Giving 1 star is being generous! I had THE WORST experience with this travel agency. My flight was cancelled in December due to the snow storm (which I understand) and this travel agency had me on a wild goose chase for almost 1 month to get my money back, simply because they provided myself and United Airline with the wrong information. They also had me reaching out to Air Canada for some odd reason and kept telling me to call back because THEY didn't even know what to do. I'd rather never travel again than give money to this organization!

Fantastic experience: My name is Mehran and I had a great experience about Trip Support customer care and I wanna share it. I got a round trip ticket for Toronto-Tehran with Ms Mojgan Ahmadi assistance. My coming back time was on end of May, but I had some paper work in Tehran and should stayed there several month more. Anyway , I informed Mojgan by email and she worked on my case about several week patiently and consistent. She followed up every day via email and Finally she could exchange my ticket with a reasonable price! Congrats to Trip Support for working with such an enthusiastic people!

Fantastic experience: We booked our trip to Cancun through Trip Support. The resort we stayed at was Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun which opened on December 2022. There was a lot of negative reviews about this resort since they opened recently. Our agent Brenda communicated with us and gave us the option to change the resort or cancel the trip. She ensured that the resort will be mostly open and running by the time we get there. We are glad that we trusted her and didn’t cancel the trip!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish the staff at Trip Support were so helpful. I found the staff to be very professional. I was planning on going to Cuba but after reading all the reviews poor Cuba's in having the worst drought they've had in years. They are not getting any food on the island either. A friend of mine only had one piece of fruit the whole 10 days. And the Cuban staff could not apologized enough. Thanks to the staff at Trip Support, they gave me good advice saying that going to the D.R. would be a good idea. Plus to get Options Plus insurance with Air Transit which is I think $79 or $89 where you can change your booking 72 hours before your departure. They (Air Transat) also have more options. We got a couple of extra days for $67 to switch the booking. I didn't hate that! It was so convenient to make payments after covid and loss of jobs because it's not a big shock to the bank account. plus it gives you more time to save for excursions etc... Negative experience: I was trying to change my flight and they advice me to pay additional $500 per person!!! This company only has 2 people working for them and they were very rude. I will never book with them ever again!!

Positive experience: I like being able to finance my trip because it feels like I’m budgeting anyway while still planning an already-booked trip. I will say that it is not possible to manage payments online, you must call. I’m addition, many of the numbers I called initially did not work.

Positive experience: This is my first experience with the company. I think company has a great idea. I think they do a great service to help people travel through a monthly payment system. I love that I can make payments for my trip. What I don't love is the billing process and how they send out bill reminders. The monthly billing process need A LOT of improvement. It is expected that you always remember the Zelle email/name for payment. If you are a person who is used to getting bills monthly that show you where to pay, throw that out of the window here. When you get a bill reminder it will not show you where to pay. You have to call customer service to get it and be sure you call asap. They will charge you $25 if you are one day late. And they will not be kind an take the charge off because it is a part of an automatic system and no one in the company can override this, or they refuse. As I now know what to expect, I have saved their Zelle email to my contacts so that I am not charged another $25 when I get a bill that shows nowhere to make a payment. Auto pay may be a great idea to start doing. Other than the billing process, I think the company is okay.

Fantastic experience: The Leisure Department went far and beyond all my expectations from a business to address my concerns and inquiries. Ensieh Aminian showed a good example of a dedicated employee who is there for her clients. She consistently worked hard until she made something impossible possible for me. I truly appreciate what Ensieh and the Leisure Department staff did for us, and I do hope they would extend their excellent services to all their clients.
