Fantastic experience: we had a awesome time at this resort Riu Jalisco Mexico in Puerto Vallarta, rooms were small but well kept,( but your not to spend much time in it and we didn t) food and drinks were great the people and entertainers that work their were fantastic very easy access the to all amenities , weather was very hot and sunny, excursion we took were great, all in all a excellent place to vacation at, would like to give Wendy and her staff a very big thank you for this referral of this great place. THANKS AGAIN WENDY

Negative experience: I'm not sure who I spoke to this afternoon but the lady couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I was trying to get a quote on an all inclusive resort and she didn't care to help or offer me something else, like a good agency would do. I think I woke her up from her nap. Absolutely disappointing.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, uncaring incompetent. Ruined my 80-year-old mother's special holiday.

Positive experience: They booked my ticket quickly and efficiently which was very helpful. I'm an ex pat so air canada dosnt love my cc and it saved me hrs on hold. Don't understand the service charge though thought they get a kick back from the carrier. All in all happy would use if in a pinch again.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the service provided by Wendy. Not only did she take 4 days to get back to me but she quoted me outrageous prices for flights and hotel. I was able to find my own flights and book my own hotel at a tremendous savings in comparison. This was my first experience with this agency and my last.
