Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been clients since 2016. Our first trip out was a very special celebration. Tanya , Tish went above and beyond. We continue to be loyal customers to the new, Maritime Travel. The team deserves all the praise. Even during my business travels during the pandemic , Tanya and team made sure they/I was compliant. The level of service is exemplary and outstanding ! I have also referred corporate and personal friends bookings and they were equally impressed. Fantastic experience: UPDATE AUGUST 2023: This is still the #1 travel agency for me and I give my 5-star recommendation to anyone who wants to travel. Tanya is a travel expert superstar and a wonderful person. PREVISOUSLY IN 2022: Over a week ago, I needed travel information so, of course, went to the Marlin Travel office on Broadway, a bigger and even nicer location than when they were located in the Walmart building. Tanya was giving helpful information to two customers who had booked a vacation to Las Vegas. Just listening to the conversation was insightful; I had vacationed for a week to Las Vegas years ago and this was a refreshing update on that fascinating city. It was a pleasure waiting for my turn and I sat in comfort in this beautiful store inside the historic and quaint Foley building. Tanya was so friendly and welcoming to me, showed me around this new office and we discussed my options. Tanya was professional, knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service to me, as usual. As I had written previously (see below), this is the best travel agency for me, worth the drive from Toronto. Five star recommendation from me! PREVIOUS POST: Last week, I dropped into Marlin Travel Orangeville inside the Walmart store to ask questions about potential vacation destinations. Tanya and Tisha were so incredibly helpful and kind to me, directing me to the sources that I needed to start my research. They gave topnotch customer service and I will be returning there shortly. I really recommend them as excellent, experienced travel advisors and will not be going back to the travel agency where I used to go.

Negative experience: Difficult to get to speak to someone. Ended up e mailing the office as it was closed with my request and no one ever got back to me.
