Negative experience: My husband and I are being long term clients, always call them 1st to book to go anywhere. Have to say service was always amazing. Just last time on 2024, we have received very poor service, information we received was wrong and the result made us pay triple the regular price, and unfortunately we didn’t get what we needed at the end, there was so many calls and emails to the agent and related manager, but felt like, no one cared. We were super stressed, over paid for something that wasn’t even close to our needs. Hope this dosnt happen again. And hopefully clients feel more valuable to the team once again

Kirsi had every day for 2weeks planned where to go, what to see & do. Kirsi booked every train, plane & taxi to each new spot and took all the stress out of it! Negative experience: I will NEVER EVER deal with this agency ever again. They increased out price twice from a starting $850pp to an outrageous $1450pp. Caroline and Linda are the two worst travel agents I've ever had to deal with in my 10 years of traveling.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough for the "above and beyond" service I recently received. With less than 12 hours to my flight, I realized my passport was expiring in 3-weeks. Total PANIC set-in. I reached out to Carolyn Condon on a Sunday, not knowing if she would be on-line...within an hour I received a return call and we had Plan A, Plan B and even Plan C ready to go. As it turned out I was not able to board the plane so we immediately went to Plan B and I headed to the Passport office. On route, Carolyn searched for ways for me to join my husband and friends on our all-inclusive trip to Roatan. Keep in mind that flying to Roatan is not like flying to Orlando, there are not many direct flights. With my new 10-year passport in hand in less than 3 hours (thank you Federal Government), Carolyn had me booked on a flight that same day at 4:30 pm to El Salvador, with an early morning flight to Roatan. She also took care of booking my hotel room and transportation to and from the San Salvador airport. With Carolyn’s effort, I only missed one-day of our all-inclusive vacation. All things considered this was incredible! Carolyn was the voice of calm…reassuring me every step of the way until I landed in sunny Roatan. I am confident I would not have received this level of personal service from a travel website. So glad I booked local! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We have always dealt with Linda and she is the most patient person. Guiding us through the process of every trip, even when we second guess her. Linda knows excatly what to suggest for vacations since we like adventure. Without her help we probably wouldnt be on vacations.
