Negative experience: The lady at the front desk was rude and clearly was not willing to help. Don’t even waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I am working with Cathy Seminara and so far she has been amazing! I am planning a trip with my elderly dad who is resident in the UK. She has been awesome. I have OCD and she has been patient and understanding even though i think I am probably driving her nuts ! She has listened to my concerns of traveling with my dad and building my trip around his needs. She has been intuitive and extremely kind throughout this process. I feel I am in good hands . Would not hesitate to recommend Thank you Cathy!

Negative experience: Don’t even waste your time going to this place or calling! They were not welcoming on the phone and even worst in person. The lady at the front desk clearly didn’t want us there. She was not welcoming at all! We told her our budget was $15k to 18k to go to Italy or France for a week and she told us to choose a place we can afford. We were talking about packages we know are within our budget. She then said she would charge $150 per person to do some research and put a package together. It’s four of us. You do the math. Unless you want to be mistreated, look down, get frustrated and get no answer to your inquiry, don’t waste your time contacting these people.
