Fantastic experience: Jacquelyn Coleridge is our travel agent. I felt very comfortable and safe booking with her. I will go to Jacquelyn for future travels. Thanks Jacquelyn!!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this travel agency. Our group was sent on an African safari with a less-than-professional escort. This person lacked decorum and treated the paying clients as if they were her 'buddies', often making insulting jokes at the customers' expense. The agent also went charging off at the airports, leaving the group behind to fend for themselves. A pre-arranged tour to a spice market in Zanzibar was cancelled. Then the agent went on her own without the other person scheduled to go. Karen and Brent, the franchise owners, were made aware of numerous problems, including a very serious issue that will not be elaborated upon here. Despite an hour long meeting with them after returning, they but made no attempt to offer anything but an apology. The almost $20,000 I spent was regrettable. The trip of a lifetime was not at all what it could have been. I do not recommend this agency whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: Great place to book a vacation from the staff that work there . It's a perfect place to plan anywhere you want to go. My family and I have used them in the past, and it's always worked out great.i can't wait to go on our next trip. I would definitely recommend booking a trip from them and going to have a great time. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the amazing Jeanette who went above and beyond for me in the last 2½ months. I had an emergency in Ireland and I needed to go home as soon as possible. Jeanette made this possible and was very patient with me and I flew out the next day. On arrival in Ireland I received an email hoping I had a safe journey over and to have a safe and happy time with my family. This I thought was just so lovely and caring. I then had some issues with a flight that was taken care of and another return flight was booked. Then further restrictions/rules were put in place to enter Canada and Jeanette emailed me this information so I would have everything I needed before my flight...again amazing..thank you! Then on arrival in Canada I received an email to welcome me home wishing I had a safe flight back and hoping everything went smoothly. I don't know anyone else who has ever done that and I was blown away. The service was more than 100% it was so personal and I felt like Jeanette really cares. In this stressful time she really had my back and I'm forever grateful! X
