Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience booking our Vacation through Marlin Travel. Highly recommend using Sarah Crawford as the agent to assist you. She's incredible at her job. She went over and above to make sure our family vacation was perfect. We look forward to booking our next vacation with her very soon.

Fantastic experience: We have booked 3 vacations through Sarah at Marlin Travel. She goes above and beyond her job description to help in any way that she can. Our most recent vacation had some hiccups and Sarah was there helping to make sure everything worked out, without her our vacation wouldn't have been the wonderful experience that it was. She worked after hours to make sure all was good. 110% recommend her as a travel agent. We definitely will be using her again.

Negative experience: I called them at 11:15am and asked if I needed an appointment with an agent to book a flight...the answer was yes so I proceeded to book an appointment. I was told that someone would call me back this morning. It is now 1:42pm and haven't heard a word from anyone at Marlin Travel! Sorry, not sorry but you've lost my business!

They have always been available to answer any questions that we had, and were professional throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them if you are looking to get away! Negative experience: Just got off the phone looking for advice. I had explained my travel agent retired. Yes I had a previous cruise booked online.The agent explained that giving me COVID travel advice does nothing for her business and then quickly ended the phone call. I am dumbfounded. This has guaranteed that I will never book with them and never recommend that anyone book with them. As someone who works in the service industry I understand the value of advice and would never treat a prospective client in such a way. I completely understand the challenges that this industry has had over the last two years but instead of working to build quality contacts they have ensured that they will never get mine or my family’s business. FYI Mary, we cruise twice a year. My in laws cruise 3 times per yr and our travel size is between 5-9 people. I’m sure that would have been no benefit to your business either.

Negative experience: We were not informed about a cancellation fee for our trip so we basically paid twice, $45.20 for a professional fee to book the trip and a hidden $62.15 to cancel which involves the waiting on hold. I get that they need to make money but we did not sign the agreement that would have notified us about this second fee.
