Fantastic experience: Diana at Expedia in Brantford was so helpful in choosing the cruise that was right for my husband and I since we are first time cruisers. She was very patient with us an no high pressured sales. She explained all the details to us thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Fantastic experience: Rose at Expedia Cruises, was so helpful and accommodating in booking our cruise to Hawaii from Vancouver. She was knowledgeable about best side for when in ports, etc.. like full moons - Wow!! Fantastic experience: Went on a trip to Dreams Palm Bay Punta Cana for mother/daughter vacation. Diana arranged ahead of time for me to get assistance at Pearson airport. Went really smoothly. Our time there was amazing. Time went to fast. Highly recommend this resort. Everything was 100%. The nice thing about the restaurants you don't have to book ahead of time. Get a buzzer just like the restaurants here. We were treated like royalty Would definately recommend this to families as well. this trip was a dream come true for me that I will cherish.
