Positive experience: I started with TravelOnly in 2020. It was a bit of a rough start but March 2020 wasn't a great time to be starting in the travel industry. Since that time I am happy to be part of the TravelOnly team. I enjoy the freedom to be able to run my business in the way that works best for me while having access to training, resources, and support to help with the tools to succeed. There is a great network of advisors from across the country all willing to share their knowledge and tips of the trade to help everybody succeed in their own business. Positive experience: So far I have found that TravelOnly is very professional and really encourages their agents to take ownership of their agency direction. The only "negative" thing that I have found is that because they are bringing so many new things on board, some of the training can be a bit out dated so it takes a bit of extra work to figure out how things work. Regardless, there has always been someone able to answer my questions and guide me as I work through this very exciting journey.

Fantastic experience: TravelOnly is a great home-based company to work with.They provide support with online, and in person training with suppliers and have recently updated their backend system providing us with the most up to date CRM system. They have a good rapport with our suppliers which allow us to to do our job better.

Negative experience: This review should have been written a long time ago, but I am still thinking about it 6 years later. This is regarding Jennifer Borgh, who was with Travel Only at that time. In 2018, we were supposed to go to our friends’ wedding in Jamaica, the wedding was cancelled. It took me an insane amount of time and effort to get the money that we paid back. The non refundable fee was held back twice, Jennifer sent us a cheque separately for the second part Air Canada allegedly took. It was a terrible experience working this out with Jennifer. The bride and groom were in conflict with her, for reasons guests had nothing to do with. It did feel like because of that, any other issues were not being dealt with. We had paid half of our package cost, as my husband was the best man and we were planning our finances in a way so we can attend the wedding. After the wedding was canceled, we had significant amount of issues getting the money back. Air Canada would not speak to us because there was a travel agent involved, Jennifer. Jennifer did not answer phone calls or emails for a very long time. I think the only reason that I was answered was because of how persistent I was. All of the guests who had put , had their credit cards canceled due to fraudulent activity. All of the fraudulent activity was in Jamaica, and when Jennifer was asked about it, she said that she keeps all of her credit card info in a locked drawer in Jamaica. Up until the very end, she denied any possibility that that information could have been stolen, even though all of the charges were somewhere on the island, for every guest. We never got the deposits back, which is fine as we knew that they were nonrefundable, but Jennifer did state that that was because of Air Canada. I do not believe that was true, because Air Canada held back the deposits again from our first payment when they finally issued the refund, meaning that the initial deposit never made it to Air Canada. Additionally, because the original credit cards, the booking was made with were now canceled, due to the fraud that I do believe was due to Jennifer’s negligence, we faced another issue of the money going into a closed account. The reviews seem to be great for where everything goes right. However, if something goes wrong, please be aware of our experience with Jennifer and Travel Only. I do not think Jennifer did the best that she could in our situation, given that we had absolutely nothing to do with the cancellation, but definitely felt the punishment for it. It was an incredible amount of stress, a ridiculous amount of phone calls and emails to both Air Canada and Jennifer rectify the situation and get us a refund for service that was never provided.

Negative experience: Not a trust worthy company, will never book with them again. Do not respond to emails, break contracts and blame their mistakes on others.
