Negative experience: Sally “helped” us book our trip.. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.… she couldn’t even book a simple flight… I couldn’t imagine booking something more complex, just book yourself online

Fantastic experience: We booked our very first trip almost 2 weeks ago. Sabrina was great to work with! She looked into trying to find us the best deal for our honeymoon, and helped with booking excursions in advance. We had some issues with the shuttle service cancelling on us, but Sabrina was very quick to look into booking another one so that we wouldn't have to worry about transportation. I would definitely come back in the future.

Negative experience: We were asking for advice on saving for a future Disney vacation. We asked for quotes at different resorts and hotels. They promised to e-mail us the information and never did. If they can't help us now, I'm not going to use them in the future

We had lots of questions and she went above and beyond to make sure she answered all of our questions . You can tell Bev loves her job . She made booking our vacation very easy and gave us such a great deal we couldn’t resist . We went to Dominican Republic and it was beautiful . Bev suggested which hotel would be suitable for our needs given our price range and I couldn’t ask for a better hotel.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK HERE! They don’t have adequate staff to help you. Their delays meant our group lost out on our vacation. Go on line or find a better agency.

Negative experience: booked a vacation in June 2022 with the price drop guarantee for a December 2022 departure. price dropped in September quite a bit emailed sell off Cambridge (Bev) no response a few emails later finally got an answer the price drop was confirmed by Air Transat in the middle of September. I keep sending emails and either get no response or I'll get back to you or sorry I was sick it is now March 2023 and I'm still waiting for my credit. I would suggest booking elsewhere there prices are good but whatever you find on their site you can book direct with the airline for the same cost

Positive experience: I have been using Selloffvacations for years before covid and I went into the office to book my sons trip to Cuba and we booked it. Then I asked when will I be getting his tickets and insurance information her repo se you have to print everything off. Well I was surprised that they don’t have a printer. The customer service was great a 5 star but I was shocked that Selloffvacations took all their printer out during covid and didn’t replace them. I like to go to agent to buy my tickets but I’m thinking I might go elsewhere next time.

Negative experience: I write this on September 14th, 2021,...despite Covid, there shouldn't any excuse not to return phone calls of answer emails. We have thousands of dollars invested and we have rebooked 3 times with this company. Now, just a few months away from our trip, we still have not heard any details from this company...mainly the representative named Bev. Yes I am naming names. We've had it. Just over 2 years. The service sucks. I'm not even looking forward to this trip anymore. I just want to get it over and done with since we have been refused our money back countless times. Please rethink using this place!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start raving about Bev Young? She was so friendly when my sister and I came in to book our trip to Mexico for my daughters 16th birthday. She got us a way better deal than I thought possible on our budget. Amazing customer service, and all with a smile. We left feeling excited about the trip and the deal we got. Then COVID 19 comes along. We were super disappointed to have to give up our wonderful trip and decided to go through the insurance. Negative experience: My fiancé and I went in to meet with Bev to help plan our destination wedding and after providing her with our requirements she said she would get back to us in a few days with our options. After 2 weeks I didn't hear anything so I emailed her and she responded saying she was sick. She said she would send me info after the weekend. I was fine with that but we never heard back from her again. Even after a few months we never received anything.

We came on the Saturday during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals so you can imagine it was very busy. Fantastic experience: I had excellent service last year with Bev and went back again this year and had Kelly help me with a trip for end of March this year and was great answering all the questions and requests that my mom and I needed to know before going forward with the right location for our little trip south for a week. I will always go here for our trips because they are super nice people and really enjoy their jobs, and with the location so good and close to home and great parking it makes it a lot easier to get to there location. My daughter and I are already thinking of taking a trip together next spring and will definitely be going here to book it!!

Fantastic experience: Having an office locally has been fantastic. I normally speak with Robin and she always looks after all of our travel needs in a very quick and timely manner. If she doesn't have the answer she gets it for me, no guess work from Sell of Vacations. If she has not been available Bev has been great to deal with. Their hours are great, location and parking is super. Occasionally I have even spoken with someone out of town and again you won't get any complaints here. Great staff.
