We have never been on a vacation like this before...I'd done so much research and based on that decided Mexico was out of our price range, so I thought all I could afford was Cuba and was disappointed (only because I've been wanting to see the Mayan ruins for years). We confessed this to David, and he worked his magic and found us an amazing, affordable vacation in Mexico! So glad we went in person. He was so knowledgable and took the uncertainty out of the booking process. All the tips he had, and keeps providing to us as we get closer to the date, is so valuable. Thank you David!!! Fantastic experience: Taylor was extremely helpful in educating us on hotels for our all inclusive Mexico trip coming up. I was planning on behalf of myself and my girlfriend, but was only able to visit Taylor solo due to time constraints. She showed patience and excellent service through a couple in person meetings and many emails. Will update after the trip, but extremely pleased as is! Thanks again. As an added bonus, she got us the best deals according to my own research (expedia, etc) AND there was no booking fee through her at the office! She was also upfront about any extra fees we may incur (environmental, baggage, etc) and respected the budget we set out with.
