Negative experience: Email and calling location with no follow up. Is the travel agency closed?

Fantastic experience: My 80yo mom took the airbus from Toronto Pearson to London Ontario on 26 March 2024 at 5pm She said she had the most helpful kind bus driver she could have. Thank you for great service. Please recognize him for being so helpful!!!

Fantastic experience: We use Janet from the Byron location and she is just wonderful. Pricing is better than online options for our all inclusive family vacations. She has a plethora of knowledge from her clients and her own experiences. Always great to support a local business and have a personal touch. Takes a great deal of stress off of us knowing we have Janet to help us navigate things post COVID travel.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Robert Q for more than 22 years, it is the best transportation from London to Toronto Airport YYZ or to Detroit DTW. Luxury / neat buses, experts / friendly drivers and the most important advantage is accurate arrival time to the airport and reasonable prices

Fantastic experience: Truly I'm very thankful to the both drivers takin me from the Toronto Airport to London and from London to Chatham (Monday night Sep.6). My plane was delayed, I had a very exhausting international trip. To find the bus Robert Q waiting for me and the drivers so helpful with my baggage made me so relieved and happy to get home safely. It is a very reliable, people oriented and a professional bus service. I will use the bus again in the future for sure and recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: I like that they have service right from the Toronto airport to London city.

Negative experience: We are short of pleased with the service provided by Cathy at RobertQ Byron. We were part of a wedding taking place in Jamaica in early May, with the current situation the trip had to be cancelled. We have been waiting for a refund since March 17th. We still have not received a refund and Cathy is not doing anything to make this happen. She has lied to us about the refund being processed just to keep us quiet. Her lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling . A Bride and Groom are left without a wedding and she has not even reached out to them to see how they are doing. I would highly suggest working with anyone but Cathy @ RobertQ Byron
