Fantastic experience: Good trip, enthusiastic tour guide, affordable price. Just returned from a trip to the three eastern provinces, with a reasonable itinerary. Mr. Yan, the tour guide, was amazing! He provided explanations in both Chinese and English, with patient and detailed service. The bus driver had excellent driving skills.

Fantastic experience: I just came back last night from our trip to New York, Philadelphia and Washington. It was such an amazing trip. I had a great time. I really appreciate our tour guide Rico Yan. He was so friendly, funny and accommodating. He made sure our trip was fun and exciting. He explained everything before we get off the bus. Too bad I emptied my wallet at the Woodbury outlet and duty free. I totally forgot about him. I would have given him a good amount of tip. Sorry Rico, Next time I'll set aside something for you. Kudos also to our amazing driver Jeff. He was such an excellent driver. He was very quiet. His driving was smooth and comfy. He allowed us to eat ice cream inside the bus because it was very hot.( Most drivers won't allow that.) Most of all, he made sure all of us came back home safely. Rico and Jeff have an amazing team. I will definitely go on a trip with these two next time.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Toronto for my birthday! I really enjoyed the entire trip! We started off the day going to Thousand Islands with a cruise overseeing beautiful thousand islands before eating and continuing our trip to Toronto. In Toronto I LOVED Casa Loma and the CN Tower as it was my first time seeing these attractions! We plan on going to Quebec this summer and will be planning the trip again with this company! :)

Fantastic experience: I travelled with MidEarth Travel for the American East Coast trip Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia. It was an unforgettable trip with a very comfortable bus. The tour guide was very flexible. Despite being pouring rain when we arrived at Times Square, the guide was able to tailor the schedule so that we went to Ripley's Museum during the rain and came back to see Times Square the next day. This flexibility allowed the group to see all the attractions expected.

Fantastic experience: We availed a tour - American East Coast with MidEarth travel agency last September, 2015. We were five friends exploring US for the first time, and we all admitted without the guides it won’t be possible. Just saw a bad review regarding this business, and I believe this is not true. Moreover, it’s a quite old post, may be for different business. I am 100% confident because of the services I have availed. They follow the itinerary till the extreme point. Guides are extremely professional & happy to help us 24X7. We still have their cell phone numbers. Most importantly, they justify their popularity. In one word, most efficient & professional tour organizer I have ever traveled with.

Fantastic experience: Our group of five had a pleasant ending to a two-day trip to Qiandao Lake - Toronto - Niagara Falls under the guidance of Wang Dong. The enthusiasm, seriousness, and responsible working method of tour guide Wang Dong ensured that we didn't waste a single minute. Even though it was a two-day tour, every one of us felt fulfilled. At each scenic spot, there was precise commentary from guide Wang Dong, and we all enjoyed our tour and finished the visits happily. Despite the hot weather, both the guide and the driver cared for each person warmly, and we safely returned home. Next time, we would like to travel with Wang Dong and the driver again. Fantastic experience: One Day Tour at Cuihu Mountain Villa On October 7th, three of us bravely followed guide Wang Dong from Central for a rainy trip to Cuihu Mountain Villa. Everyone took the cable car to the mountain. Despite the rain, it could not hide the beautiful autumn colors with red mountains and layers of colorful forests. Guide Wang Dong, tirelessly and under the rain, led everyone on a tour around the mountain top. In the afternoon, we visited several beautiful landscapes at mid-mountain. All the shops were bustling with business, and the streets were remarkably beautiful and tidy. At 4:30, we boarded a boat again. We toured around Cuihu Mountain Villa, truly a beautiful landscape of mountains and waters, leaving visitors enchanted. The driver of the Central tour bus helped everyone out of the vehicle, showing true gentlemanly manners, for which we are grateful. Everyone was still immersed in the stunning views of Cuihu Mountain Villa when Wang Dong informed us that we would soon arrive at our destination in Ottawa. The day ended with enthusiastic applause from everyone, concluding our one-day tour of Cuihu Mountain Villa. Wang Dong's enthusiastic and thoughtful service made everyone look forward to the next meeting.

Positive experience: My sisters and I just got back from a 7 day tour to Quebec and the Maritimes. I would like to commend the tour guide Rico Yan for keeping us well informed about the different places. He also made sure that we are on time. Our comfort was his priority. There were many wonderful places in Quebec particularly the Gaspe peninsula and many attractions in New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia. Canada is truly a wonderful country blessed with natural resources. I will recommend Midearth Travel!

Fantastic experience: We used their service for a 7 day maritimes trip. The driver and the tour guide were extremely responsible and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable. The hotels and meals they booked were quite good too (two lobster meals included). The trip was a bit in a rush, but given it covered so many attractions, we can't complaint about that. Our overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My family have been using this travel agency for nearly ten years for bus tours, air tickets, vacation packages and other services, all extremely good experience. They have kind and knowledgeable staffs there and they are always very helpful. They have a wide range of bus tours to choose from. We have taken many of their tours such as Quebec City Tour, Toronto & Niagara Falls Tour, 3-day New York Tour, 4-day US East Coast Tour, 7-day Maritimes Tour, West Canada Tour, etc. Pretty good experience overall: reasonable price, comfortable buses, well-designed itineraries, very knowledgeable and helpful tour guides, good hotel stays. The service has been very consistent in the past many years, we really enjoyed these tours we took so far (most recent one we took was the 7-day Maritimes this summer) and we will definitely come back to explore the rest of bus tours. We highly recommend this travel agency and we will certainly continue using their service!

Positive experience: We Took a 3 day tour from Ottawa and took us to 1000 islands, Toronto, Flowerpot Island and Niagara Falls. Our tour guide was Dong he was extremely helpful and was available 24/7, the tour was great surpassed my expectation. I would not hesitate to travel with Midearth again. Gave 4 stars because the choice of restaurant was not the best, the buffet at the 1000 islands was a bad choice.

Fantastic experience: I have used the services of many travel agencies in Canada and I can definitely say my experience last weekend with Midearth Travel has been the most pleasant. A friend recommended this agency after he bought Christmas vacation tickets last year and I can see why. Wonderful service combined with knowledgeable and attentive staff makes your travel plans as smooth as possible.

Negative experience: August 2013 - We bought a New York City 3 days tour with MidEarth Travel. It was the worst tour we ever had as the result of the followings: a)Two night accommodation at Quality Inn Meadowlands in Lyndhurst, N.J., which is well-known for rude service, disgusting dirty bathroom, stained bedding, malfunction shower, noisy and non-stop water pumping & stale food. b)My wife & I should have had combined 4 breakfast vouchers for 2 mornings. But the tour-guide allowed us 3 vouchers, instead of 4. With only 1 voucher for the 2nd morning, we were treated as beggars by the rude non-English speaking restaurant guys. c)The solo tour guide disappeared early on the 2nd day during our visit to one of the attractions. Late in the evening, the replacement tour guide offered weird excuse for the disappearance of the first guide. d)Both tour guides did not seem professional or knowledgeable. The Group was given limited introduction to the city, or attractions. The Group was entertained with a couple of old "Mr. Bean" & Disney DVDs. We didn't expect anything great from MidEarth; but we didn't expect its service that poor either.
