Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. We booked a trip to Mexico through Ramanan. He listened to our every need, and booked us a great place at a great price. We loved our vacation and he even sent us an e-mail before and after our trip wishing us well and asking how our vacation went. Would definitely book with them again.

Negative experience: We lost half of our trip money because this travel agency refused to help us change the booking. Don't waste your money with these people. They should have learned about customer service before starting their business. Save your money, time, and peace of mind and book your travel yourself! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with this travel agency was horrible. They are not honest and helpful! I booked a trip for my mom through them, and based on her experience traveling to her destination, she told me she doesn't want to make the same trip back because of how uncomfortable the trip was. When I tried getting a credit back for the return trip (not even a refund), the owner Ramanan, lost his temper on the phone and could not justify why he couldn't do this. I called Air Canada and they confirmed he should be able to get us a credit to use at another time but also said travel agencies are infamous for being lazy once they have your money. The Air Canada agent was 100% right. Please save your money and book through the airlines directly, or book online. People like Ramanan give other travel agencies a terrible reputation. 100% GARBAGE service.
