Negative experience: I applied for refund than contact him after 6 weeks. I was surprised, the guy was so rude and told you have to wait 10 weeks. Then he found out he has not applied for my refund as he did not see my email. Now I have to wait another 10 weeks. Worse service. Poor communication. And be aware they safe your credit card info.Charge you without your permission.

Negative experience: I had to cancel my mom's ticket due to personal circumstances. The airline was going to charge $300 as a penalty and this agency was going to charge $100 as per the policy written on the booking confirmation ($400 total) but when I contacted Airwings they said they were going to charge me $450 PLUS an additional $180 to repay the "discount" I received when purchasing the tickets. The agent even forwarded a FICTITIOUS policy that they had EDITED to show that they would receive $150 instead of $100. I have physical proof of it all if anyone needs to see it. I got in touch with the travel agency regulator to know my rights and eventually received my refund 8 WEEKS LATER! Horrible experience with this agency and I highly recommend that people spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

Negative experience: Not a pleasant experience. When I asked for some travel information, they responded that ask the agent who issued your ticket. Later the gentleman search and gave me a bit of general information.

Negative experience: We bought ticket from this agency for my parents for Pakistan. Due to COVID 19 the airline stop flights. We brought them back via another airline. Now we want out refund. As you can see , I have attached of their bookings. They are saying . We don't have record of your booking. we have to contact airline. Please be advise and stay away from this scamer.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. Extremely rude staff who over charge you. They charge fees that the airline does not charge and blame it on the airline. They do not help their customers and say "It is your problem". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Negative experience: Due to covid Emirates was not charging any additional amounts for a ticket change. Air wings charged around $400 extra for a "fare difference". Even that flight was cancelled due to covid.when flights resumed I contacted air travel them to rebook and the response wasn't helpful and they kept telling me that they cannot rebook more than once and that Emirates was only interested in selling new tickets etc and flights have not resumed (which was a lie) . In the end I called Emirates airlines myself and they were kind enough to rebook without any charges and also confirmed that there were no charges for rebooking due to covid beyond 15 march. After talking to the the airline directly I called Airwings and requested a refund for the extra t amount they charged to which I got an extremely rude response. I Will not be purchasing tickets from them going ahead. Be careful the amounts that they qoute, most of the time it's just "commission" that the sales agent is pocketing themselves and this agency seems to support that practice. Horrible customer service and rude. If you are in a tight spot and need to rebook,t will try their best to make up some charges and make an extra buck off you because of your desperation/ circumstances.

Negative experience: Did not issue refund for a cancelled flight for a family member. Sold us a ticket through an agent and later told us we should not have bought through that agent. No accountability and responsibility and poor service.

There were some complications with my flight timings and the air wing employees professionally handled the situation, leaving me without any worry. I definitely recommend this travel agency for future travels.

Negative experience: My Family and friends have been buying tickets from Air wings for so many years with worth thousands of dollars every year. This time the agent ripped me off by lying to me that the airline Tax was not included due to technical error so you will have to pay them separate but I got my statement that amount went to Air wings after calling him several times and listening to bunch of lies he finally admitted with a very Unprofessional and rude attitude and sent me the actual invoice that says that he charged me some extra money went straight to his pocket (that he never returned). Air wings you have lost a loyal customer because of this cheap tactics and practice .I will make sure none in my family/friend circle is going back there again.
