Negative experience: Not happy with her (Madhu) at all. All I can say is if you’re 100% sure that you’ll not have any problems or uncertain situations with your flight (if that’s possible with everything that’s happening in the world right now) then you can go to them. The moment you’re in an unfortunate situation, I’m sorry to say you’ll be in a pickle. The airlines would say you need to talk to the agent and this agency will not be responsive or help you. I’m still fighting and trying to find a way to get a refund from 2020. The airlines says to talk to the agent and the agent is not responding as expected.

Negative experience: I booked the ticket for me & my family with them to travel Ottawa. Mathu Siva booked the ticket without negotiating with us. She didn't mention the ticket is non refundable nor she didn't inform us the time properly. All she did was to check the spelling of our names. Because of her mistake, we missed the flight. I talked by phone with deal Escape travel agent mathu siva today..she denied her all mistakes This is a very bad experience for us, since my kids were flying for the first time. we will not beleive anymore Ideal escape travel agent. Do not book with this people otherwise you will be left like me & my kids on the road.
