Fantastic experience: I joined the Niagara falls and New York tours with ISX. They were all wonderful experiences for me and these guys made it perfect. I am looking forward to join French Canada. I know it will be perfect too. Thank you guys.
Negative experience: The unprofessionality of your tour leader is simply inexcusable. She said she was named Maggie but she can't be found in the list of your tour leaders, which makes me think she gave a false name to avoid bad reviews in the company. Once my friend arrived at the hotel, she told her out of the blue, after paying for a private room there, that she had to share it with another person. Even worse, this second guest slipped in by Maggie was granted the bed without paying for the switch from a 4-guest bedroom. In the end my friend managed at least to convince Maggie to choose her own roommate because your worker had another brilliant idea: putting a young girl together with my friend who is an adult and certainly didn't want the nuisance of someone coming late at night and make noise. Your tour leader has refused to listen to a paying customer and, moreover, Maggie even requested my friend to move away from her own seat on the bus because she "didn't feel comfortable" by having her on a nearby seat, and even threatened to ask the driver to have her moved. This is unbelievable. I don't need to point out to you the gravity of this fact, how it goes beyond its patent childishness and unprofessionality, especially in the light of the recent words by Trump against Italians. I do wonder if up in America you still have buses that put people in different seats depending on their race, because this is an example of racism covered by some meager excuse and victim-playing on your employee's part. These are clearly the kind of things that don't really help the public image of a company, do they? Not only this scene has made you look bad in the eyes of the other students on the bus, it made them realize midway on their trip that they couldn't rely on your employee, the person in charge to solve problems, not create them. A serious company would apologize to my friend and make up for it.

Fantastic experience: The best trip to New York
Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of joining ISX Tours for a trip to Montreal to attend the Canadian Grand Prix F1 2024, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was organized flawlessly. The trip itinerary was well-planned, ensuring that we made the most out of our time in Montreal. The transportation was comfortable, and our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The highlight, of course, was attending the F1 race. ISX Tours made sure we had excellent seats and provided all the information we needed to fully enjoy the event. The energy and excitement of the race were unforgettable, and it was a dream come true to witness it live. Beyond the race, we had ample time to explore the beautiful city of Montreal. The tour included visits to some of the city's iconic landmarks and offered great recommendations for local dining and entertainment options. I cannot recommend ISX Tours enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a top-notch travel experience. If you're planning a trip, especially for an event as thrilling as the Canadian Grand Prix F1, ISX Tours should be your go-to choice. Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the lack of organization, attention and care. I expected MUCH MORE FOR THE VALUE PAID, I'll just give you a brief overview because this is a long story, but basically we spent several hours on a bus with absolutely no space for anything, there was no bathroom and much less space for the tents to camp in which they stopped for us to pick them up, which I think should have already been on the bus. The camping stuff was in the hallway, making us have to step on the RENTED stuff, besides that, when we stopped for lunch was when they brought out the stuff for us to eat, which we should have already bought, when we arrived. When we arrived at the campsite, guess what? They hadn't reserved our area and we were in a large group, so we only managed to get in hours later, you could spend hours here counting, but to finish in the middle of the night a girl got lost and the guide was completely indifferent to her. It was dark and it took her hours to find her way. In short, it was terrible, I only really liked the natural part which was beautiful, but the company was terrible, poorly organized and totally unprepared.
Hello Lana, we understand your frustrations and appreciate the feedback given on our Tobermory tour. We truly apologize that our trip did not meet your expectations. Prior to trip departure, we do send out an itinerary to our passengers so they know what to expect during their trip days. The itinerary provided states how long the travel times are and does state the stop for rental equipment so that students are aware. This information may also be subject to change due to unforeseen conditions that are experienced on the trip, which is at the discretion of our Tour Leaders as well as working with our office staff. In terms of the bus conditions, we understand the concern in space, and have taken this into account. In our flyers and our itineraries however, it does state the type of bus used and for this trip, it does state that it is school bus transportation which unfortunately, does not include a washroom. We do make rest stops along the journey to account for this. Another concern you mentioned was our tour guides buying the food during the rest stop for the camping trip. We do this to ensure the freshness of ingredients and to make sure the food given out during the trip is in the temperatures they require for as long as possible. The issue that you brought up about the campsite was a miscommunication issue between us and the campsite that we worked swiftly to get resolved. For this, we completely understand your concern and deeply apologize for any inconveniences it caused you. Our guides did their best to handle the situation with care and thought of alternatives for the group to do so that no time was wasted during the trip. With all this taken into account, we still understand that you feel as if the trip wasn't up to your standard. We are still glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery of the destination as one of our main goals is to introduce our passengers to the beauties local travel can offer. We always strive to make each trip better and value feedback as we work on improving our tours to create the best possible experience for everyone. Fantastic experience: I booked two trips with ISX (Montreal Formula 1 and New York) and both were AMAZING. Great tour guides, they give you some tips, tell a little bit of each place, are really fun, great itinerary and the best days. Really enjoyable and unforgettable experiences. Totally recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: This trip was one of the best trips I have ever experienced. I took the Niagara Falls Trip with ISX and had the best time. Our tour guide, George, was so amazing and told us cool facts about places we passed on the way to Niagara-On-The-Lake. He also made the ride very enjoyable by interacting with everyone on the trip. Travelling with ISX was such a hassle free experience and was a great way to see all the sights in one day. We first visited Niagara-On-The-Lake where we got free time to explore then we arrived in the beautiful Niagara Falls where we experienced the boat cruise into the Falls. We also got to do some great shopping at the outlet mall and try some yummy maple syrup. Overall, I had an amazing trip and can’t wait to travel with them again soon! 10/10 recommend :))

Fantastic experience: My group of teenagers and I (chaperone) went to a trip to French Canada with the guide Anne Guimaraes and everything was great! We had a lot of fun with Anne. She did some games to entertain everybody on the bus. Besides, she speaks English, French and Portuguese! Quebec, Montreal and Ottawa are amazing cities. Chris, our driver, was very punctual and responsible too. We followed our trip schedule and they refunded us in cash since it rained and we were not able to take the boat cruise, our last entertainment. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: ISX offers such an awesome range of trips! I've toured with ISX since 2019 and highly recommend the agency for local and multi-day adventures. One of my favourite trips is the Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City tour where you experience French Canada through hikes, delicious cuisine, city sights and a boat cruise. I have such amazing memories with students from around the world and can't wait for my next trip. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: AWFUL COMPANY, NEGLIGENT AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, TORONTO/NEW YORK TOUR IN JULY 2023, DID NOT MEET WHAT WAS OFFERED, VERY BAD DISPOSITION OF THE GUIDE IN CHARGE, THERE WAS A CHANGE OF ITINERARY AND MEETING POINTS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IN NEW YORK, WHICH GENERATED FEAR, SORROW, AND DISORGANIZATION IN A GROUP OF 15-YEAR-OLD STUDENTS WHO TRAVELED FROM CHILE. ALSO, ON THE RETURN TRIP, THE BUS SUFFERED A MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION DUE TO ENGINE OVERHEATING, STAYING STOPPED FOR AROUND 45 MINUTES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY, WHICH EVIDENCES A LACK OF CONCERN FOR THEIR SERVICE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, UPON ARRIVING IN THE CITY OF TORONTO ON JULY 17, 2023, AROUND MIDNIGHT, THEY FORCED THE ENTIRE GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE TO GET OFF THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY TO MAKE THEIR OWN WAY TO THE DESTINATION HOTEL, NOT FULFILLING THE CONTRACTED SERVICE THAT INCLUDED TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL. ALL OF THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY WERE A DANGER AND EXPOSED 15-YEAR-OLD STUDENTS TO UNNECESSARY RISKS.
Negative experience: Unfortunately, we paid for a tour from Toronto to New York for our children and the trip was horrible. Guide Anne Guimarães exhibited practically discriminatory and abusive behavior towards them, changed the program for which we paid, altered the meeting points, and on top of that, scolded them inappropriately. On the way back to Toronto, the bus had a breakdown, so they were stranded on the road for a while, and upon arriving in Toronto, they had to be dropped off at the hotel, but guide Anne Guimarães forced the 20 people in the group to get off the bus on the street at night. It was a terrible experience for this group of adolescent students. I do not recommend this company; they are a danger to the physical and psychological integrity of users.

Fantastic experience: I went to Niagara Falls for the first time in mid-February 2023 and it was fantastic ✅ISX Tours developed a tour to Niagara Falls with plenty of locations to visit and enjoy Typically people travelling to Niagara would simply view the falls but with ISX Tours, besides enjoyed the Niagara Falls' view I had a chance to enjoy wine tasting, explore the Niagara on the Lake Town, ride the Sky wheel and Skylon Tower and I heard in the summer there will be a lot more entertainment activities I liked the vacation so much that I told many great things in the trip to friends and I signed up to continue travelling to Niagara a week later, this time I asking my friend to come with me♀️ I can't wait to travel to Niagara with ISX Tours in the summer The ISX Tour leader is hilarious too. His name is Nick - a very kind man who constantly cares for each individual on the tour. I felt extremely happy throughout the trip. Definitely worth the money

Fantastic experience: In 2017 during the Fanshawe College strike in London, ON, they took us to Ottawa, Niagara, Montreal-Quebec City and more! The bus rides were so comfortable and the tour guides were so much fun to hang out with and full of life! It was an amazing experience and I hope to travel with ISX again!
Negative experience: I had day trip on Algonquin Park October2. All attractions were fabulous. One thing did my trip worst. Why ISX company doesn't request from EVERY SINGLE customer proof of vaccine of 2 doses and ID? Why ISX company allows potential Covid-19 sick people to travel? Today during whole my trip in bus one of passenger had unstoppteble cough ,running noses and sneezed and he looked sick. I wish it was a joke or false, but it was true! He even wore a mask with opened nose and sometimes took it off. Meanwhile all other people were masks in bus during trip. He sat back behind me and always cough .Not only me, the people who were near him were scared by his health condition. When I went to complain to George. He only reminded to all to wear masks.The problem wasn't solved. This is a current rule for all travel companies- don't travel if you have any symptoms of virus.But he traveled! Shame! I am really scared to get infected because of him! I booked appointment for Covid-19 test. Anyway, I will never use ISX service ever again.

Negative experience: If you ask for punctuality, you must be punctual! I felt very disrespected by the agency.
Negative experience: Ridiculous attitude of this agency. I paid for a trip to Niagara Falls and this company neglected or cared about my problem and it was for that very reason. I missed the bus one Sunday to go to Niagara with this agency because I didn't know that the Sunday subway has some parts that don't work, and I got off at the right time to get there, but I had to get off at a station and take a bus, and as I don't speak English very well, it was a bit difficult for me to ask how to make another route to get to the metro museum where it was supposed to meet us. In other words, they could not wait any longer and I missed the bus. I got in touch and was just informed that they wouldn't return anything nor allow me to take another trip on another date.. how ridiculous that is, okay not to return the money but at least let me go on another date, they don't want to let me.. okay, they won 60 dollars but stopped earning even more because I would have booked another trip with them and I won't even go. And I haven't even recommended going with this agency, I made some friends give up and I will still make more people give up.. Guys, think twice before going with this agency.

There were 215 people traveling with us who arrived on time, and we are sure you can understand that we can't make 215 people wait more than 15 min for one person. ISX has been working with International Students for 20 years and we understand how English can sometimes be difficult. This is the reason why we emphasize numerous times and in different communication channels the importance of checking potential TTC closures and arriving earlier than the departure time including on your ticket and at the time of purchase. Giving you another trip without any charge would mean someone else wouldn't get to go. At the time of purchase we make sure every traveler knows that every sale is final, as well as they can choose the optional Cancellation Insurance for eventualities. Once again, we are sorry you had a negative experience with the public transportation that ended up impacting your experience with us. But we do hope to have you traveling with us for a real ISX experience. -- Obrigado mais uma vez pelo seu feedback e por ajudar-nos a oferecer um serviço melhor. Fantastic experience: They are really great! It's cheap and all the services are really good, the hotel in NY was so nice! They have day trips, weekend trips, it's all good. I went to French Canada, Niagara Falls and NY, loved all trips. The guides are so helpful and kind. I really recommend them!

Negative experience: Over charged me by 150$ and then never responded to my emails or calls about the matter. Extremely untransparent and unprofessional company. Would never recommend.

This rooming upgrade fee is listed on our website, flyer and booking portal. It is an optional upgrade our travellers can select upon booking or during the trip (on the way to the destination and based on availability). Negative experience: On 10/15/2017, I took a trip with this company to Niagara Falls. My girlfriend and I don’t speak English very well, so we chose to go on a tour for more security, knowing that it is a company that would take care of us, but it was not like that at all. I bought my ticket through Kaplan, where I was informed that the bus would leave at 11:00 AM and arrive at midnight in Toronto. On the bus, we filled out our information with email, phone, name, and then they gave us a paper with the itinerary which was not always followed. On the return from Niagara Falls, since we don’t speak English and were unsure, we went to the departure point at 8:15, and the bus was already gone since the trip takes two hours, and the girl said we would be arriving in Toronto at midnight. So we thought the bus would pass at 10:00, but nothing came. This company left us stranded in an unknown city, they didn’t provide any emergency contact number, and they didn’t even bother to reach out to us. Since it was late, there were no more buses or trains; a taxi was 200 dollars, and we only had 75, so we had to venture to hitch a ride and pay what we had to a guy with whom we seriously risked our safety. We came back fine. We went to Kaplan and heard only 'sorry,' and at ISX, we were treated very badly, hearing that we were lying and that it was our problem for not arriving on time and that the company had no responsibility for us. I paid 55 dollars for this trip; if I had gone independently, the train to Niagara Falls would have cost 7 dollars. We paid more thinking we would have more security, but the opposite occurred. That was my experience.

Lembro que nosso guia e mais outros 52 passageiros (o restante do grupo) esperaram por você e sua namorada mais tempo (25 minutos de acordo com os presentes no ônibus) do que o prevísto na política da empresa.
