Her Professionalism is top notch. There was no stress what’s so ever. I definitely will be booking all my trips through her going forward. Great job team BST!

Fantastic experience: Nicole Blowes is the very best. I would not use any other travel agency. They work hard to make your vacation planning so easy.

Negative experience: We booked with Blowes as our group was quite large. Wanted to travel to Cuba in January. Nicole suggested the Memories Flamenco in Cayococo. Taking her advice we booked ahead of time. Cost 1100$ per person. On Boxing Day the price dropped to 700$ each and there was nothing she could do. She didn’t even try. The price dropped again to even lower closer to the date we travelled. Her response was we didn’t have cancellation insurance and we would loose our deposit. When arriving in Cuba the resort didn’t even have us registered. Our promised rooms were not given - we booked 2 beds and were only given one king. Not great for 3 adults. One couple in our group that arrived a day earlier didn’t even have a room the first night and had to sleep in the lobby. It was clear from the start that Nicole had no follow up, no responding to calls or emails and no interest to help us. And it is very clear that NO one from Blowes has ever travelled to the resort we went to. Cockroaches in the main bathrooms, main buffet area and even in some rooms. You were lucky if your toilet worked in your rooms. No phones worked in any rooms, and some tv’s didn’t work. This stated it was a 4 star resort but I would rate it at a 2 or even lower 4 out of the group got sick. The food was ok in the a la carts but not great anywhere else. Do not go to this resort or book with Blowes. I know I will never again.

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our Newfoundland trip...a trip of a lifetime for us. Our tour guide, Bruce McIntosh was absolutely the best!!! He was so fun,informative and kept us all on track every day. He arranged an awsome package so we saw as much as was possible in 8 dayshighly recommendthis travel company!!!.

Negative experience: we had found the resort and travel deal ourselves but wanted the reassurance and peace of mind with booking through a travel agent. Our resort at Cayo Las Brujas was great for the cost, unfortunately my experience with Blowes travel rep was not. We requested adult section, she booked us in family. When we asked for assistance she recommended we speak to our Sunwing rep. We paid $50 to upgrade to adult and advised her of this and she offered no accommodation, reimbursement or even apology. Later when we circled back with her she made a point numerous times to remind us she has another job and she cannot assist us. In the future I’ll save myself the Blowes booking fee seeing as no one was available to assist us when in another country and we were brushed off rather than reassured.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a trip of a lifetime to South Africa. The trip was well organized and every detail was included. Rob and Heather were great hosts. The accommodations were amazing and the Safari was beyond expectations. Thank you. Audrey Wong
