Sebang Travel

Negative experience: Is this really possible? I booked a Caribbean package to the Dominican Republic through a travel agency, checked the necessary documents, and went to the Canadian airport. However, I was not allowed to exit due to incorrect documents. I had to wait for the agency to open, and when I asked, the staff provided incorrect information about the documents. I had to urgently book a flight ticket for the next day, and when I inquired about the ticket fees, they claimed that they were not at fault at all. I am curious what the owner of Sebang Travel Agency thinks about this. And what do customers of Sebang Travel Agency think?

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend Erica Kim, who works at the Vancouver branch. I bought two tickets from Sebang Travel this time, and despite having many requests, I am grateful for Erica Kim's kindness and friendliness.

Fantastic experience: It's easy to find direct flights with Korean Air in the Korean village. The staff is friendly and access is quick. The location can be seen from Christy Station when looking at the Korean village. When changing seats in economy class, do it a few days in advance. For your information, upgrading to business class may be inconvenient when using miles. It is possible when paying in cash or if there's a business class seat available. This is my case.

Negative experience: Gave us wrong information for the flight. Ended up arriving way too early and the gate wasn't even open to take our checked baggage... Not very satisfied.

Negative experience: Dont use this travel agency, specially dealing with the name Lynn Sanchez and Lucelle they both working on this travel agency. Specially lucille she have a very bad attitude, she thought she owns the world. I have a very bad experienced on this travel agency, and I never never recommend this agency at all. specially to all fellow filipinos. they dont even know how to handle the customer concerns. They not even deserve to get one star at all. I think they dont need the business, I wonder why these kind of people let them work specially in travel agency. Please....
