Charming Holidays

Negative experience: I bought a Small Group, 6-day tour of Japan from a Japanese Travel Agency, Japan Holidays, not knowing I was buying a Charming Holidays Tour. That information was not given to me by Japan Holidays. It was a terrible tour. We spent more time driving than sightseeing. The so called "tour guide" was the driver with very little English. The included meals, especially the lunches on the road, were terrible.

Fantastic experience: Very accomodating. Gives you the best prices for your travel. Their agent is very kind and transparent about the prices! Very good!

Negative experience: called and put a flight on hold. agent Roger told me it will be held till 3pm next day. called him first thing in the morning to go ahead with the booking and gave my payment info. a few hours later he calls me telling me that the price went up $1000.00! why didnt he book it for me when i requested?? he supplies no answer! Promised to call the airline and see what he can do but he never called me back and the staff at the agency all ignored me. worst service and worse agency to go with. dont trust these people when they say they reserve anything!! many agencies around.....AVOID THIS ONE!
