Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and unethical firm this is. Guys, save yourself the headache and do not get your air travel book through them. I had to chase them for over two years just to get my money back for the tickets that I was never able to use due to covid. Horrible customer service, Bhalla hungs up the call without a proper conversation. Suman is rude and discourteous. I had to direct myself to Airlines itself because of their poor communication. Air Canada then tells me they already issued a refund to this company on my ticket, to which Bhalla and prabhjeet bluntly denied. Well, what they did is used my refund voucher and i am left with nothing. I have now filled a complained with TICO.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience using this company to go on a family wedding / vacation, and if I could give a zero (0) rating I would. I thought that the service we received was terrible. I would email for assistance, and I wouldn’t hear back for quite some time. I would call, and was told to call back tomorrow because our representative, Bell, was out of the office. I called the next day, and as soon as the I asked for him, they would hang up on me. I felt like I had to beg for assistance. I also have to say, they didn’t give us any flight details or times before we were required to pay our deposit. Once we paid our deposit, they gave us a flight time for later in the evening, which made us lose a day. The return flight was also late in the evening, which meant that they expected us to check out and linger around for hours to leave late at night. They ended up changing the flight to an earlier one, after someone from our group expressed how disappointed the group was—but it didn’t appear to be an easy process. I also found the prices to be higher than what I could find on Expedia, which was upsetting to me. I asked to upgrade my room and they wanted $281 per person (the upgrade was included in the price on Expedia). I called the resort, and I was glad I did, because they upgraded the room for $280 USD per room, not per person; so I found it cheaper to upgrade directly through the resort and not All Link Travel Inc. I would recommend someone looks elsewhere for booking a vacation—I was so stressed out trying to communicate with the representatives. I was hung up on time and time again, and I was incredibly polite because I used to work in customer service and know what people go through (and they had my deposit money!!). I also felt as though that they overcharged when looking at what other people in our group got buying elsewhere. I would never book with this company again—nor would I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a smooth experience booking a trip. You will likely find cheaper rates elsewhere and for a way less hassle based on my and my families experience.

Negative experience: RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Worst experience ever. Would give zero stars if was possible. I got my tickets booked with them in 2019 and due to pandemic, my flight was canceled, multiple times i was assured by the PRABHJEET that a refund was in place and i would get it soon. Every time i would call them to know the status of my refund, they would put me on a brief hold and disconnect afterwords. KOMAL is extremely unprofessional and has no knowledge of customer service. These people are fraud and would not give your money back.

I suffered for 8 hours with my 1 year old baby on the airport just because Komal did not provide me right information. So, please do not buy tickets from them. I wasted my $7000 because of them. Never ever go with them.

So i called 4-5 travel agencies just to know that what do i need in order to travel and all of them were like its not their responsibility and stuff which sounded rude to me. Fantastic experience: So i actually booked 4 tickets in 2019 from all link travels and we were not able to travel because of covid. I was trying to get the refund from the airlines and i didnt received any response from them. Just a few days back i got a call from one mr bal from their office saying that they can help me in the refund by charging their service fee which was about $ 150. So today i got a refund of $958 for each ticket which was totally unexpected. I am really happy from the service they provide. I will definitely recommend them….

Every time the receptionist answers the phone and says we are busy and will call back in 5 mints. And no one bothers to call back. Ridiculous!!

When you go to India and call him he will ask extra 3000-4000 Canadian dollars. And when we call the main airlines they say he blocked our ticket and they can’t do anything for date change. They were unhelpful and unpleasant so I did all the research myself and eventually booked on line and got a great price with no issues. Can’t speak for other agencies as I haven’t tried to use a brick and mortar TA in over a decade. Sticking to online travel sites exclusively in the future.

Negative experience: If I can give 0 stars I would have. Baljit (Bell) and associates have the utmost worst customer service. They are 100% scammers and will definitely do anything in their hands to not refund you a ticket to ensure we loose our money. I have called multiple times for my fathers ticket to be cancelled since he couldn’t travel abroad in 2019 due to COVID Guidelines. Baljit mentioned I can cancel my ticket and since then, he has been dodging all my questions on the refund status. They are unprofessional, I’m not sure how they even run a business. I have multiple proof of their lack of service and would highly recommend everyone to book your flight with another agency. Prior to asking for a refund, we tried to rebook my dads ticket within the 2 year mark so it doesn’t expire. Baljit tried to overprice the ticket as opposed to other agency to scam more money. He would always say “the ticket has to be booked with Air Canada only”… funny to say that the tickets we found from other agency was from Air Canada as well! When we showed him the pricing of those ticket that were given to us by other agencies, he said that wasn’t operated by Air Canada when they were!. He would always find excuses to not refund the ticket. He is known to prolong the refund process to ensure we do not receive our money. BELL/BALJIT’s service is a JOKE. When you put Baljit in his place, he tends to hang up and advise his associates to not transfer the call to him. LACK OF SERVICE is an understatement. Please think twice before coming here.

Negative experience: I booked 2 tickets with them from Delhi to to canada by Paris. They booked two different flights I was ok with that but I asked them so many time do I need any kind of visa to enter Paris because I have to check in the luggage again from Paris they said you don’t need any kind of visa but when we reached the Delhi airport they did not let us carry any luggage with us because we didn’t had any kind of visa to carry the luggage. I have to pay for parcel more than 1000 dollars to get the luggage from india and have to pay the custom as well. When I call All link travel they refused and said they don’t know anything and don’t have any kind of responsibility about luggage or visa and don’t want to provide any kind of refund. Please don’t waste your time and money by booking the tickets with them because we pay for passenger and luggage both. They charge you more than the same tickets online and still don’t take any responsibility.

I had few concerns for my mother's health so wanted to enquire the easiest route to travel for them. Ms Aman was not very informative about the things, i saw one ticket from Amritsar to Toronto, to which she replied after whole day waiting at 6pm, that route doesnot operate. thats funny and not true. at very same moment i got that same route booked by other booking agency. Services were good from them when its from Bal dosanjh sir. I wish them best !

We called so so many times to Air India office and This Travel Agency. Air India office said, they already gave refund to This Travel Agency but when we called and ask for refund , This Travel Agency said, we didn't receive Refund. Please don't buy ticket from this so called Travel Agency, they are un professional, not pick up a phone.
