Negative experience: If I could give no stars, I would. My experience with this travel agency was horrible. I booked a cruise here for Norwegian epic(which is apart of the Norwegian cruise lines) for this coming August, to Western Mediterranean, from August 25th-September 1st. We are travelling in a group of 6 and the employee that was working with us told us that we would have a balcony room for $2079 per person. We even confirmed with them that the price wouldn't change, so we booked the cruise and was looking forward to it. They told us that they were just making a request and they weren't even sure if we would get those rooms or even go on this vacation and that we didn't have to give them our credit card info yet. Keep in mind that we were in a group of 6, but when they booked it the first three people were $2079 per person, but the last three were $2219 per person, which is a extra $140 they had to pay. Which is ridiculous and made no sense, since we were a group of 6, so why did they split us up into 2 groups then? They didn't even call to tell us the price had altered until after they booked it. We told them that we didn't want it anymore because of the altered price and they told us that they payed for us. Why would they use their company's money to pay for our trip? What if we didn't pay them back or changed our minds(which we did)? This wasn't the first time we used this agency. We used this agency to book a cruise last year and everything was fine, they didn't pay for our cruise or anything, nothing went wrong. So why did they make this executive decision for us this time? Keep in mind that they told us that they were just requesting it and didn't know if we would even be able to go. Now all 6 of us are forced to go and are super unhappy about it. I want a explanation, a solution to fix this. If no action gets taken, I will have to resort to talking to your corporal.

Negative experience: This company was terrible services. Especially, the senior guy name called Mr. Chung (Asian). When I called to ask for some questions about the cruise I booked. First pick up the phone was not mention the company name. I thought call the wrong numbers. Then he was so rude asked me what I'm looking for? I told him my purpose to call. He don't guide me to find out my booking numbers just keep asking me what are you looking for.....terrible men....need to retire....at the end told me to call someone who respond my booking. Then hang me up...I called the number he gave. Is the same tel as the office. When he picks up not mention the company name again I heard he said somethings behind me. Terrible. If I can cancel the booking I will do. But anyways. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE I NEVER HAD. I will do my futher action to TICO.

Negative experience: Phoned to book a cruise they clossed an hour early we travled an half hour out of our way for nothing.
