Fantastic experience: I have booked 2 trips with Absolute Travel so far and it was a very smooth process. Elayne answered all of my questions promptly. Elayne also made a very good recommendation for a resort in Riviera Maya for our honeymoon and we had a blast at the resort. Highly recommend booking with Absolute Travel.

Negative experience: Quite simply, they won't respond to any requests. I've tried to get a quote three different times and haven't once even gotten a response. It must be nice to ignore potential customers and stay in business.

Negative experience: I have tried for two weeks to get a response. First call someone will get back to me. Second got an answering machine on vacation will be back in February it is march… third they have been busy for vacation message again. Not very impressed so far.

Fantastic experience: Elayne and her colleague Shelley have been very helpful to me and my partner with our latest travel experience. We ran into some unfortunate circumstances while abroad and they have helped us every step of the way, with getting flights rebooked and explaining all of the insurance requirements after said unfortunate situation. Very grateful for their services.

Negative experience: This travel agent is absolutely horrible to deal with. Elayne ignores messages, and then is ignorant once you ask for a reply. It was over a week with no response to a very simple question, and I asked could you please let me know the answer, and she came back very rude and saucy. If you want a smooth trip, do not go through this agent, trust me you'll be better off!!! Never again!

We were a group of 11, family and friends who, as you know, were in anticipation of this trip for the months leading up. Negative experience: I think that in a time of a pandemic that people would be more responsible. So many of the cases of COVID-19 are travel related and here this company is just worried about their bottom dollar. Get it through your head. Economies can and will recover over time but you cannot recover the loss of a life. Stop trying to make things seem to safe where you may not have any professional medical background that can support this being completely safe. Ask yourself this question: can you live with knowingly risking another life for your pleasure? There are still many locations to visit and things to do here at home. Try supporting local first before going elsewhere.

Folks if you are travelling use a travel agent who can assist you with any and all issues, so you can relax and know you are taken care of. Fantastic experience: Shelly was amazing very helpful we were with her about an hour of that and she had our stuff booked and our dog booked into the cabin on our flights as well. Excellent service very kind and helpful we even took our dog for a visit.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Absolute Travel Specialists for our entire traveling lives. We take at least one annual family trip and I am associated with numerous businesses that also use their services. The part of dealing with Fred and Elayne that we enjoy the most is having someone on the end of the phone when you call. Traveling can be stressful but knowing that someone is there to deal with the trials and tribulations of travel, makes it as stress free as it can be. I have also used Absolute Travel Specialists on a couple of occasions for special events. The attention to every detail was looked after for the group. They have connections that quite honestly I didn't know were even possible. If you are heading to the Caribbean, I don't think there is a resort they haven't personally stayed at or at the very least have received excellent reviews from their clients. If you are looking for an agency to take care of you for leisure or business, look no further...Fred and Elayne at Absolute Travel Specialists will take great care of your needs.

Fantastic experience: Starting a few years ago, I began using Absolute Travel for my personal traveling needs. This was on the advice of my son whose company has a long and happy connection with Absolute. I have never been sorry. I have used them for everything from concert packages to European tours to simple flights. The wonderful Elayne Pink is a font of information and ideas. She also listens carefully to your needs - Low budget? High end? Proximity to local attractions? Mobility issues? All taken into account and incorporated into your arrangements. But over and above this, it's their prompt response to any concerns or questions that impresses me. They have handled smallish but important things like last-minute situations where online check in wasn't working., or room changes in foreign cities. They are always at the end of an email or phone call - even at hours when people should be sleeping! A couple of the more memorable 'fixes' follow. Just days before a trip to Central America, my niece lost her passport. Handled. During The Winter Storm from Hell my son was trying to travel to his father who had just had a heart attack. Elayne booked and rebooked and rebooked him as he lived in the airport until she got him to his destination. I can't say enough good about this company and recommend them to anyone. Kathleen Hopkins

Fantastic experience: I never used to use a Travel Agent. I always booked online, until I met Elayne Pink with Absolute Travel Specialist Limited. My family travels approximately three times a year. I never knew how much of a risk we really were taking by booking online. Recently my elderly Mother and Mother In Law and I were in Cayo Coco when Irma was headed our way. I contacted Elayne via Facebook during the ‘off hours’, and she responded promptly. We received direction, and the confidence that we needed to make a prompt exit in a safe fashion. I never have to worry about ‘who’ to contact when flights may be delayed or cancelled, as Elayne and her team are all over it. Such a relief when you have made such an investment in a well deserved vacation. For all of you wondering….you don’t pay anymore to book through an Agent….so why wouldn’t you??? Elayne and her team are always available. I don’t know when they even rest. If you want advice on resorts, airlines, locations…just ask and if by some strange chance they don’t know, they will find out for you. My best advice for anyone travelling, is ‘use a travel agent…use Absolute Travel Specialists! Thanks Team!

Fantastic experience: Elayne booked and amazing vacation for my husband and I at Viva Wyndham Samama. On the day of our departure we had an issue with our flight that she was able to resolve for us quite quickly, despite it being a Saturday! She was very easy to contact and talked us through things, helped us meet with the necessary officials to get us on the plane in time! The resort was gorgeous, clean, and everything we had wanted. We will without a doubt be contacting Elayne for our next vacation booking.

Negative experience: Did not like how they treated my concerns right from the beginning. Shame on them. There are allot of travel agents out there that would appreciate my business and the word of mouth advertising.

Negative experience: Very poor service with this company. After 3 months of trying to get trip details sorted out, nothing definite has been worked out and my e-mail messages, sent this week, asking where plans stand are being ignored. I am moving on. Three of us want to get to Scotland in early June for three weeks... Weird that nobody cares.
