Fantastic experience: This location has been truly amazing! We booked a trip and they were a major help in doing so. Some plans on my end changed and we needed to cancel and book something different. They were extremely understanding and very communicative throughout the whole process. We felt very taken care of and are extremely satisfied. Thank you so much Irene for your help and all that you do!

Negative experience: Booked my family’s first down south vacation to Mexico. Dealt with Janice. I specifically asked her if the price she gave me was all fees included. She said there would be no more fees and we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing after we paid. Now there are all kinds of extra fees and we even have to start booking things like the shuttle from the airport and pay even more. We should’ve booked the trip ourselves probably would have saved more money. Now it’s just stressful.

Negative experience: Completely dissatisfied and annoying. We stood out for 15 minutes and there was an old lady sitting inside but she didn’t even open the door and didn’t even look at us, ignored us which is so disrespectful and feels like racism.

Negative experience: My girlfriend and I went to this location to help book a trip and the experience was not great. We called a week ahead and asked to book an appointment and were told that while they can do an appointment it wasn't necessary and to just come in. When we did the only person working there was on the phone, with one more customer waiting in the lobby. The agent spoke on the phone, and took multiple other calls, for a full 40 minutes. The man who was waiting ahead of us left, presumably due to the long wait. We were only acknowledged at the 30-minute mark to tell us she would be a minute. I understand she was busy but it was a little frustrating given we had tried to book ahead of time. When we did get a chance to talk to the agent we told her we have one week booked for vacation (with some cushion on either end) with a budget of $2000. We were were told that our inflexibility in dates would make it difficult to book a trip and that we were not likely to get anything for that budget. She also told us we would not/could not go to Cuba or Mexico due to the current regional politics, could not use Sunwing, would likely not get a direct flight, and may only get into the DR but it would be the Holiday Inn, which she told us we did not want. It felt like she was uninterested in what we wanted and was booking the trip for herself. She helped us explore all of 2 options but kept telling us where we would not want to go/do, and in the end said that we should go home and look online/watch for price drops. Our meeting lasted 5 minutes. While my experience at this location was wholly unsatisfying I would still recommend the company: my girlfriend went to the Maratime Travel at the mall and the agent there was outstanding and helped her book a trip for us on her first visit.

Positive experience: Agent was really helpful got all of our questions answered. A good idea if you are a first time traveler.

Negative experience: If I could I would put negative stars!! The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because I can't do less then that. Ignorant and disrespectful!

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of coordinating flights to accommodate myself and my wheelchair bound son. Due to circumstances, it was difficult to find appropriate flights. Janice worked very hard to help. I was at her desk more than 2 hours.
