Fantastic experience: Just finished a 7-day tour, and I must say the tour guides were really responsible. Even with bad weather, they found ways to ensure customers could enjoy some activities. The accommodations were suitable for the location and overall, I had a great time.

Fantastic experience: I participated in two group trips to the three provinces of the ocean and Newfoundland, and it was a very good travel experience. Small group travel is more convenient, the departure times are reasonable, the rest periods are sufficient, the prices are transparent, and the cost performance is high. The tour guide is enthusiastic and patient, and the arrangement of the attractions is very thoughtful, as they will flexibly adjust the itinerary to some extent based on the weather. The scenery along the way is great for photography. Five-star review.

Negative experience: We booked a four-day tour to the Maritime provinces. I can only give it 2 out of 5 stars: the tour guide and accommodation were quite good (we booked a luxury accommodation), but there were some unsatisfactory points: 1. The tour bus. There was a lot of time spent sitting on the bus, and the seats were very hard, making it quite uncomfortable. The worst part was that the air conditioning was either working or not; the days we went were some of the hottest in Halifax, and sitting on the bus was both suffocating and hot, with most journeys lasting over an hour. 2. Itinerary arrangement. Sometimes we would leave very early, and other times we returned very early. On the second day, we went back to the hotel around 4 PM, but on the third and fourth mornings we had to get up at five or six, gathering at six or seven. It was just exhausting. 3. They say it's a four-day tour, but the first day only involved being picked up from the airport. The fourth day mostly consisted of a few hours in the morning, with about five hours in the afternoon spent driving to different tourist destinations. So, even though it's labeled a four-day tour, there are really only two and a half days. Most of the fourth day was spent on the bus; although we did visit attractions, the time at each was rushed, spending about ten minutes at each spot just to maximize time spent driving. 4. We originally wanted to book a six-day tour of the three Maritime provinces, and the website said that a group could form with just two people for a 100% departure. However, the travel agency later informed us that they couldn't form a group due to low numbers.

Negative experience: The travel agency left two elderly people who couldn't speak English in the parking lot at night and didn't go back to pick them up until more than an hour later. There is absolutely no professional ethics, and they do not care about others' safety. Terrible!!!!!

Negative experience: Overall, Canadian travel agencies are very different from domestic ones. This one is especially bad.

Fantastic experience: The largest Chinese hostel in Ocean Province, bar none. They have a fleet of a dozen vehicles, which is indeed a guarantee of quality travel. My parents participated in their East Coast and Newfoundland routes when they came for my graduation ceremony. It's not much different from self-driving; the key is that it saves time and effort, and my parents were very satisfied! The tour guide and driver were very reliable and tried their best to meet passengers' needs. Participating in a group tour for the first time felt like a private tour experience. It was a very good travel experience! Thank you.
