Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff

Negative experience: I really tried to work with them, but they wouldn't let me meet in person with a staff person, insisting I deal with an online, email only person. the digital sales person returned emails days later. Turning what would have been a half hour consultation into a month long trial of patience. Not going to give them my business. Response to reply below: Then please give people a reasonable understanding of your time frames. Your staff was rude and dismissive when trying to book with a person, and you could have had your online person reply to the e-mails with a note saying when they would reply instead of ghosting.

Negative experience: Never returned my call back even after taking my email address and phone number and all the other details about my query for pricing of the ticket to my home country. Either they are too busy or too careless.

Negative experience: They gave me the feeling to be bothering them never got an offer for travelling around nova Scotia, Quebec, Montreal and Toronto.

Negative experience: Attempted to book a trip to South Asia with them last year and after a month of trying to contact one of the staff and constantly leaving voicemails and emails and she responding on occasion and also telling me the flights were too expensive before I even told her my budget, I finally called another travel agency and that same day was able to book and pay for my flight. Just returned from an awesome trip 6 months after first contacting maritime travel and to this day have not heard back from the staff who was supposedly looking into flights for me.
