Fantastic experience: We had a great tour and our guide really made it special for us (Ebbi I think- sorry I haven’t spelled it correctly!). Peggy’s Cove was fabulous loved the famous lighthouse.

Fantastic experience: Mitchell was a fantastic guide. He gave us lots of local information. He also gave us wonderful weather. We did not get to the Titanic site due to an accident but the Citadel was really good and so was the lighthouse. Please request him when you are booking a tour.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time on a solo trip to Halifax, and this tour didn't disappoint. My tour guide was Mitch: he was funny, knowledgeable and easygoing. He also gave some insights into the local culture and history. He picked me up and dropped me off right at my hotel and was easy to get in contact with when I had questions. During the ride to Peggy's Cove, we passed the Citadel and stopped at one of the Titanic Cemeteries. It was fascinating to see. The ride to Peggy's Cove was stunning, full of lush trees and sun-kissed lakes. Peggy's Cove was serene and beautiful; having lots of free time to explore the area was great. The tour was 4 hours, it was a good amount of time to not feel rushed, but it also wasn't excessively long. If you want something to do in Halifax, this tour is worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: Trip Shepherd organized a wonderful day trip to Lunenburg NS .. The tour guide / mini van driver was friendly and informative about the Lunenburg area .. The lobster meal arranged by Tripshepherd was excellant and the return trip back to Halifax was driven with safety and care .. Overall a great day trip ... Harold Mississauga Ontario

On the way there he was full of information about the areas and places we passed through, we had a fantastic time there and the way back was just as full of information as heading out. Negative experience: Extremely bad service. We have booked our tour and informed that our child is 4 years old and we are coming to Halifax with a cruise ship. Our daughter was denied because we had‘t a child seat with us. And they had no child seats in their busses. Very bad experience and I can only recommend to avoid this company if you want to have a good trip.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Tripshepherd. I went on a trip to Peggy's Cove sunset tour from Halifax and I cannot express how amazing it was. Our guide was every kind, talkative and she shared a lot of interesting thing about the place. At Peggy's Cove I had some time for my own exploring and the place was just perfect. We had a chance to see a very beautful sunset. After we returned to Halifax, we took a small evening tour from a car. Since I came to Halifax just for a few days for business, I was very happy to see the city from a car. I would definitely recommend going to a trip with Tripshepherd!

Fantastic experience: Our day trip to Peggy’s Cove was great! Sunny was very friendly, fun and informative. The trip was on-time and Sunny gave us his mobile number so we could text him when we were ready for pick up. The lobster roll at Peggy’s Cove was tasty and prices were the same as the rest of Halifax. Definitely recommend Trip Shepherd for a day trip in HFX.

Fantastic experience: We did the Best Of Halifax tour with Evan. One of the best parts about this tour is that Evan gave us the choice of where to spend our time. But the real highlight of the tour was Evan. He is very passionate about marine biology but has a tonne of knowledge of everything else on the route. Two days later we're still talking about Evan!

Our tour guide Evan was extremely knowledgeable, funny and gave us great recommendations while we were in the Cove. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide (including Jack). Fantastic experience: An interesting and enjoyable morning spent on a tour to Peggy's Cove with Mitchell as our guide. Mitchell was an engaging, informative and interesting guide. We travelled to and from Peggy's Cove taking routes to maximise our sight seeing opportunities. Mitchell gave us just the right amount of time to explore the Cove and the beautiful lighthouse, as well as time to enjoy those delicious lobster rolls sold there too. Mitchell was able to answer the many questions our small group asked him. I highly recommend this half day tour to Peggy's Cove.

Fantastic experience: Peggy's Cove was beautiful. Even without a sunset on a rainy and cloudy day it added a certain charming element. Our guide Evan was terrific, on time, filled with stories, historical facts, and pleasant conversation. He also had plenty of food recommendations and his donair suggestion at Sicilian Pizza was right! Would do this tour again on another visit. Great day!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful time yesterday with our guide, Evan! He shared so much history with us and really created a kind and warm experience for everyone from start to finish. I also appreciated the hotel pick-up and drop-off. Evan was on time and the communication beforehand from the company was awesome. As for Peggy's Cove itself, it was a beautiful visit. We were able to walk around with plenty of time to grab a bite and check out the gift shop after taking plenty of time to stroll and take pictures. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Lunenburg with driver Alan. I was worried the tour might be soured by the poor weather but Alan was great. I normally get super car sick but he was such a smooth driver I had no issues. I got so much information about geography, history, and even current events - It was so much fun listening to the stories about Lunenburg and then arriving to see the town. The bad weather didn’t matter at all, as it was so much more than just a place to visit at that point. Fantastic experience, worth the price because you don’t just get a driver but a storyteller as well!

Fantastic experience: Visited Peggy’s Cove for a sunset trip with Tripshepherd yesterday evening. I was completely blown away by the knowledge that the guide had of the history and geography of the locale. Also did a Halifax by night tour afterwards. and learnt so much that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Nice trip with excellent weather and great guide Nilah. The tour set-up was on point - absolutely on time, intuitive instructions, easy handling. Nilah is a sound driver and knowledgeable enthusiastic tour guide. The way to Peggy’s Cove and back is stunning! It is so great that the wide area is preserved and the fishermen’s villages all remain rustic. It is so much more than what you’d expect from a 3,5 h tour.

Fantastic experience: We went to Peggy’s Cove yesterday with Nilah. It was an amazing trip with Nilah being a friendly and extremely knowledgeable guide - she was able to answer our many questions and had lots of interesting facts to share. The destination itself was well worth the trip - we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day - and the drive to and from Halifax was also stunning with many beautiful viewpoints along the way. An additional point was that Nilah arrived right on time for pick up and both she and her co-workers communicated well to update us with any necessary changes. . I would highly recommend Trip Shepherd.

The van was very clean and comfortable to ride in. Peggy’s Cove was beautiful and we had lots of time to explore and take pictures. I would have liked a bit more time at Citadel, but also know there was lots to cover. Overall this tour was very informative and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My small group tour to Peggy’s Cove was the absolute highlight of my trip to Halifax! Our guide was kind, professional, a skilled driver, and extremely knowledgeable of Halifax history. I enjoyed it so much that I did a Lunenburg tour the very next day with the same guide which was equally as amazing. I can’t expressive enough gratitude for our guide (I wish I could remember her name - this was in September), for giving us such an incredible experience. She went above and beyond to show us the best of Halifax, offered to take photos of me since I was travelling solo, and even went as far as dropping me off right at my door when she learned I wasn’t staying at the pick up hotel and would have to walk home after dark in a new city. Ps highly recommend the paella at the restaurant “Half Shell” in Lunenburg. It was so good I cried.

Fantastic experience: My family went on the Best of Halifax Tour including Peggy's Cove. The booking process was simple and the office staff very helpful. We found our driver easily when we got off our cruise ship. During the tour itself, our driver Allen was simply amazing, he had so much interesting knowledge and experience from the areas we visited, he made it a truly wonderful experience.

Janet our guide was wonderful and gave us options for the route back to our drop off point. Picked up and dropped off right by our ship. Great value trip which has left us with fantastic memories.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this group. We booked a small group tour for Peggy's Cove. After booking I received a confirmation of booking for a completely different time. This was an immediate red flag which was confirmed on the day of the tour. We were instructed to meet our driver between 1145am-12pm in front of our hotel. We went down early and around 1215pm nobody had showed up. I responded to the booking(as instructed) asking what was going on and nobody responded. 10 minutes later I called them to get connected with the most casual customer service agent who confirmed he saw my messages(yet didn't respond??) and was going to contact the driver and if they don't hear back in 10 minutes they will send to management team. This was basically confirming my original suspicions that they were trying to push me to a booking more convenient for them. by 1245pm I had no driver and no follow up from the group. I contacted them to cancel the booking and the agent acted like he was making an exception for me on the phone. I let him know he is refunding me because he didn't provide anything and he proceeded to hang up on me. I never received the tour or confirmation of my cancellation so I had to contact my CC company to flag the charge. Just a trash experience.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I really enjoyed the tour to Peggy's Cove. Matt our driver/tour guide was awesome! Very entertaining and informative with local history and interesting stories - it made the 50-minute drive fly by! We had time to take pictures and check out some of the shops to buy souvenirs, as well as ate the best lobster roll in the world at Tom's Lobster Shack. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Toki, was our driver for the Lunnenberg tour and we really enjoyed our time with Toki. He is very knowledgeable and kept us well informed on the way out to Lunnenberg. My sister and I had the best time hanging out at the "Oyster Bar" and trying all the different oysters, food and drinks. The ambiance and the weather was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed taking photos and videos of the beautiful unique buildings in Lunnenberg. We would have like another hour to explore more shops and the museuam but overall, it was fantastic!

Negative experience: Booked on tour to Peggy's Cove. The guide/transport didn't turn up at the meeting point. Rang the office and was initially assured he was on his way, but after still no show rang the office again and they were unable to contact him. By this time we'd been waiting almost an hour, so the tour was cancelled by mutual agreement. So disappointing,

Positive experience: See Sight Tours were chaotic in their tour times. I booked a 11 am tour, it was rebooked to 10 a.m. Fine. The day before, text notification said we are to meet our driver at 8:45. What? Fine. 9:20, Matt, our driver finally arrived. I am giving this score of 4 because of him. Charming, accommodating, chatty and full of fun facts about Halifax and surrounding areas. He gave us plenty of time to walk around Peggy's Cove. And ironically, being a morning tour, less people. It all worked out.

Our guide Taylor was awesome; very punctual, friendly, had great facts and stories, and took the time to get to know the guests. Taylor made the tour comfortable and interesting. Would definitely recommend this tour and this guide for anyone looking to visit Peggys Cove without access to their own car!

This was our first time in Nova Scotia and we had a wonderful time learning about Halifax, Peggy's Cove, Citadel and many other sites and features in this beautiful Province. Fantastic experience: I was picked up expecting a small guided tour. Myself and another guest from nt Hotel that we were the only ones on the trip. This was great as we had the tour guides attention thought the journey. The tour guiede's knowledge was fantastic and also had humurous facts. The guided dropped us off and waited for us. Due to the inclement weather she suggested adjustic the itenery. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience: We went on a tour with Nilah and got to see the citadel, Peggy’s Cove, and the graves of those who died from the Titanic. We had a lovely time and the guide was very friendly and informative. Perfect introductory tour of Halifax and if you’re wanting to spend a longer time on a particular place, would recommend going back a different time. For us, I think we spent the perfect amount of time in all the places we explored today.

Fantastic experience: Taylor did an excellent job of pointing out sites and answering questions as she drove us out to Peggy's Cove. Then we had several hours on our own before she picked us up for the return trip. This was a small private excursion, there were five of us. The scooter could be accommodated since it came apart to smaller pieces, and the two young grandchildren paid attention and asked questions. Basically it was a private driver to accommodate us going to Peggy's Cove and back. Good communication and contacting us.

Fantastic experience: Evan was our tour guide today on our trip to Lunenberg. In one word he was AMAZING. The weather condition went pretty bad during the highway and I was little anxious but he reassured us which made me relax , sit back and enjoy the beauty outside. He was super knowledgeable with the history of Nova Scotia and shared amazing facts which did not make the trip monotonous one. He even dropped us off at our preferred location. His customer service are at its excellence. I was truly amazed on how much he works hard and make trips to Lunenberg and Halifax several times a day and that to with a big smile and no frown. Fantastic experience: I did the half day tour for Peggy’s Cove. Got picked up/dropped off at my hotel in downtown Halifax. We had a couple hours to explore on our own once there. Overall, hassle free and pleasant way to get to and from Peggy’s Cove.

Positive experience: Fix your pickup instructions from the cruise port to indicate either that pickup will be in the parking lot directly across from the cruise pavilion exit for a particular ship, or in the parking lot directly across from the Cunard statue, where there are benches. Our driver was 15 minutes late at pickup. She picked up two cruise passengers right outside the terminal. The rest of us were waiting near the street address given in the instructions.

Fantastic experience: It was so cool! We went to Peggy's Cover and got awesome lobster facts and stories about the area along the way. The driver was friendly and made us feel safe and comfortable. The sights were also so great, would highly recommend the sunset tour.

Fantastic experience: Went on a lovely tour of downtown Halifax and Peggy's Cove last night, guided by Makoto, who was very friendly, entertaining, and knowledgeable. The sunset at Peggy's Cove was lovely and picturesque, and Makoto's commentary on the drove through downtown Halifax had a heavy hand in the planning of my activities within the city for today. Thanks for helping to make my time in Nova Scotia special!

Fantastic experience: Our group of 6 recently visited Halifax from Toronto for a weekend getaway and booked our Peggy's Cove Express Tour with SeeSight Tours in advance. We chose the early morning tour and so glad we did; the skies were clear, the weather was warm and the crowds had not yet rolled in! Our Tour Guide/Driver (Mack) was so professional, yet personable, engaging and knowledgable! Such a great conversationalist and knowledgable in many aspects of Halifax! From the theories surrounding Peggy's Cove to the SwissAir Flight 111, etc., etc., etc.! Mack made our group feel so comfortable and by the end of our trip; he was like family! I would highly recommend booking this tour for your visit to Peggy's Cove!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing afternoon. Sarah our driver gave some Reece's pieces to start our tour.A nice touch. We drove around downtown with some great info and then stopped at the Citadel. Good stories along the way made for a pleasant ride down to Peggy's Cove. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of taking a tour with Sarah during our recent visit to Halifax. Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our scenic trip ride from Halifax to and from Peggy's Cove while driving along the winding road between bodies of fresh and salt water. Our local driver Mitchell was punctual and very entertaining. He shared great stories about the area and Peggy's Cove with plenty of laughter along the way. We liked the leisure part of our trip where we stayed in town and explored Peggy' s Cove. There were spectacular and breathtaking views, great food at the restaurant with friendly staff, the place looked exactly like a postcard. Our 3 hours passed by so quickly. And what more can we say as we drew near the end of our tour in Peggy's Cove? Well there was our guide Mitchell, right on time for a pleasant return to our hotel. Fabulous experience.
