Negative experience: Had a 10 am appointment. Drove 20 minutes to get there. Sign on the door closed do to illness. The whole office must be sick because no one had the courtesy to call me. There are plenty of travel agents, don't pick this office!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great deals you can’t find anywhere else. Great communication from the agent.

Negative experience: Sat for an hour without even being able to speak to someone before leaving.

Negative experience: I have called this place 3 times in 3 years to help me book a vacation always goes the same we speak about what I want where I’m going as soon as I say I don’t need help with accommodations (I usually stay in an air bnb) the entire dynamic changes and they rush you off the phone claiming they’ll email you pricing which they don’t I understand they probably make the most commission on accommodations but jeez it’s incredibly frustrating. Yes I’m aware I’m dumb for calling every year expecting different results don’t be me :)

Negative experience: Waited 20 minutes for our agent to show up at our scheduled appointment time and they never did. Not even the other agent who was around bothered to greet us and let us know they would be right out.

Fantastic experience: I made an online booking for a trip to cuba. Upon completing my booking I noticed in my confIrmation that it said COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILED. I went to online chat and a wonderful man named raymond from your office began to help me. after reviewing my booking and through several emails and even a call we resolved I little glitch in the system to determine everything was all good. LIKE WOW..SERIOUSLY..RAYMOMD CALLED ME..unheard of particularly since I didn't book directly with him. hats off to raymond..raymond you exemplify that it's possible to book online and still have personal contact with a human being and a darn nice one at that. andre potvin VERY SATISFIED TRAVELLOR

I explained I was travelling with my friend and our two 83 yr old moms, and needed all the paperwork for our trip. With minimal information, as I was only sent invoices, she pulled magic out of her hat in record time. They were waiting at my email before I could change screens. Fantastic experience: We booked a trip to Cozumel & were told that there were no flights from Halifax until December 20th. Not wanting to wait until December 20th I booked the trip to fly out of Toronto & figured we'd make our way to Toronto on another flight at a huge expense. Six days after booking the trip I come to find that there were now flights from Halifax on the dates we wanted. Needless to say I was disheartened since I took the advice of the agent on the phone when I booked 6 days ago. I decided to visit the SellOffVacations office in Dartmouth, NS to see what could be done to accommodate us since we would ALWAYS choose to fly out of our home province. I was greeted with a friendly hello from Crystal as soon as I walked in the door. I briefly explained our situation & she didn't hesitate for a second. She took the information, contacted the airline direct & had a wonderful answer for me in less that 20 minutes!! Positive experience: Trip went very smoothly! Was a bit pricey but there were no hiccups along the way so definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend, especially if traveling with a large crowd because it can be difficult to plan.

When i picked up my certificate I was greeted by Amanda Lanctot, whom I have also been in contact with since then, asking various questions about different things regarding a south vacation. She is very quick to answer any questions and if she doesn't know the answer off hand she will find it for you. We recently booked our south trip a few weeks ago for 2018. I'm very happy with the service we have received this far and recommend talking to Amanda if you are thinking of taking a trip and if you don't know where you want to go, have a chat with her and tell her what you are looking for in a vacation. Case in point, tonight when Air Canada changed our flights to Jamaica, she contacted Air Canada to inform them we had the Carefree Package and ensured we had the same seats as our previous flight. When Crystal was out of the office, Kim looked after us for our 10th Wedding Anniversary vow renewals in Jamaica where everything was perfect. We consider ourselves to be truly blessed to have these great agents take care of our vacation plans. I am sorry I could only give 5 stars. You deserve 10 or 20 out of 5.With all of the online booking available we are glad to have great personal service from Crystal and the staff.

So good that I have referred two close colleagues to her in the past month and both were extremely pleased. We found their prices and opportunities for booking discounts as good or better then any competitor.

We had come challenges with our first trip booked but the issues were addressed quickly and efficiently, involving the right people from the beginning. The agents are professional when dealing with their clients but still manage to get excited for you when your trip is booked! I would (and have) recommend this location to anyone booking travel.
