Negative experience: Went into the office and spoke to an agent briefly as she was busy booking cancelled flights. Gave her some info and email and phone number and never heard back. Very disappointing as this would be our first vacation.

Negative experience: Terrible!! Spoke to someone who was supposed to send me quotes on a vacation, they didn't return my call or email me. I also called left a message and no return call again. Booked my own vacation as time actually is important when booking flights to keep prices low.
