Negative experience: When our trip was cancelled, Brenda pressured us to rebook and threatened that if we didn't we would lose money. Upon rebooking, we were charged a cancellation fee. It was cancelled multiple more times. Each time WE paid the cancellation fee and the price of the trip increased. No refund on insured trip.. No communication Lack of action.. Dont use this company

Negative experience: We had a large group of 27 people and were offered only a few options of resorts, the one that we chose was horrible and several of our group were very sick. The worst resort I have ever stayed in for the highest price I’ve ever paid - what was the point of having a travel agent for that?

Fantastic experience: I have used Brenda's services in the past on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased. Over the last several years, i booked simple trips online, thinking that i am saving money and time. I am very glad I turned to Brenda this time though. She helped us solve a problem we had run into trying to book a multi- stop trip for three going to three different countries and then having kids return from Europe to Ottawa separately from a parent and at a later date (extended visit with grandparents). Brenda was able to solve in less than 24 hours what i had been trying to figure out for over two weeks doing research, comparing, and wasting time online, as i ended up not been able to find a solution anyway and ready to give up on this idea altogether. Brenda found tickets for the children on very reliable airlines, with straightforward itinerary, and at a good price, especially considering that we are traveling during the high season and a booking pretty much last minute. The tickets came with a free tips and advice on what to keep in mind for the children's trip back alone. Highly recommended.
