Negative experience: They never called back, very bad customer service.

Negative experience: I found that it was weird that the agents charged extra $133. 00 for ordering tickets for my parents but never told them. Maybe they should let there customers know about the extra fee . They should ask customers about cargo fees and and carry-on baggage fees. The airline said if you order online that it is cheaper than when you get at the airport.
