Fantastic experience: Just returned from a five-week trip to Africa (Guinea and Egypt), I can testify to the excellent service I received regarding Promotour's management of some last-minute changes to my flight schedule. In fact, this happened twice: shortly before the start of my trip and a little later at the halfway point. Fantastic experience: Natalia and Eduard Celiac arranged for us an amazing one-month trip on the Costa Del Sol in Spain. We were two couples, one from Trois-Rivières and one from Gatineau. Natalia organized everything and took care of coordinating all the documentation and reservations. A fantastic job. Everything was great during the trip, whether it was for the air transport, the transfers from the airport (Malaga) to the hotel (Sunset Beach Club in Benalmadena) and vice versa, from the hotel and its excellent facilities. We couldn't have asked for more. We sincerely recommend the agency of Eduard and Natalia.

Negative experience: I have a really bad experience with the agency. First , that made a mistake in charging my credit card, which they refused to correct. They also did not check whether the traveller needs visa to enter Canada, causing the traveller (10-years old girl) to come to the airport and be rent the flight ( the last minute visa was not available either due to the maintenance of Canada.ca website at the moment) . They do have a small print about visa on the INVOICE, not on the ticket, and they did not bother to let me know. The girl was left in tears and great trauma. I strongly DO NOT recommend dealing with this agency.
