Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked a hockey game through the service and it was fantastic! Pick up was easy, location was local and private. Bus was not crowded, comfortable and driver was great. The booking also included tickets to the game , in the suite, The Ledge! Also included was dinner ! Pricing was fair. Highly recommend this option for anyone not wanting the drive to Ottawa and nervous from the weather. We will definitely book this again!

Negative experience: No one responded to my need for a travel agent beyond the first phone call. They promised to send me information the next day. That didn't happen.

Fantastic experience: I've been on many family vacations with Howard's. My favourite was the Lion King show in Toronto. On the way home we went to this restaurant that was boxcar themed. It had an awesome buffet. I remember it so well because their desert bar had gummy treats and they had shark gummies. I also went to the Royal Winter Fair with Howard's. It was a fun experience because they arranged for us to have two days at the Fair. We went as a group to two really nice dinners. It was a nice trip because my grandmother didn't really like driving around Toronto so it was nice because Howard's bussed us from the Hotel to the Fair and the restaurants.

Negative experience: If I could rate lower I would, elderly parents booked, paid in advance for transportation to Ottawa airport. They were a no show!!! Was early am flight so no way to get there, they lost their flight. Not to mention the distress of it. Avoid at all cost , reliability is key to transportation, they have none.

Fantastic experience: Been on the bus trips to New York City and Atlantic City a few times. Beautiful accommodations and meals at each of those destinations. Can't wait to travel with them again.
