Negative experience: I went in a few weeks ago wanting to book a cruise for myself and my son. Upon sitting down and requesting the information I was bombarded with personal stories of one of the agents trips, where shes been, her favourite area to go to how many cruises she has been on , her son and what he is doing and no info regarding my cruise options. . After 20 minutes of this I left my email name and phone number for her to forward the information and have not received anything to date. Beyond astonished

Negative experience: I went in on March 20 with my husband. We both wear masks for our own choice. As soon as we walked in, Barbara expressed her displeasure about our masks loudly for us to hear as well to the two customers she was serving. Making us feel very uncomfortable. The associate who "helped" us, didn't seem interested in helping us at all. Waffling through trips, and prices with no interest, stating she only knew information on Dominican Republic. We found their customer service the worst we have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends especially if you are a visible minority.
