Negative experience: The "service" Thanhson provided was awful. He can't speak English and is extremely difficult to understand. The information he gave us was wrong, and he did not apologize!! They do not know how to do their job and are very unprofessional. Please be warned and avoid at all costs. Vikit Tours deserves ZERO stars, but that isn't an option on here.
