Fantastic experience: Danielle was very knowledgeable and professional in booking our trip this year. I simply phoned her, and she did all the research into resorts she thought would of interest in Riviera Maya, based on cost and schedule. In the end we booked in a resort that we have not tried, but came highly recommended by Danielle. Very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to recommend Trip Central in Bedford.

Negative experience: Well...let's see...I'm supposed to fly in about 18 hours and have heard nothing from my travel agent, Amanda. I emailed her yesterday morning, asked about the trip because of Hurricane Maria to which she replied she would keep me updated and haven't heard from her since!

Negative experience: I got a lady to book a trip for me and my entire family to go away for 3 days. there was nothing but issues !!! When we got to our hotel they did not book us 4 rooms they booked us one room one bed. Because of this company's mistake. So we slept on a couch. And yet they did nothing for us in return. Never again

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our family trip at the Azul Fives Resort in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The trip was fantastic. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The planning was also very smooth. Kim Hartlen did a great job. In fact she was the one who recommended the resort and she couldn't have picked a better option. Overall it was a great vacation. Fantastic experience: Kim Hartlen has been looking after our travel portfolio both business and personal for the last twenty years. We have booked sandal vacations, cruise vacations both in the Caribbean and Europe and have had Kim take us home to family across Canada and to Norway many times. She has always without fail ( rescued us through storms) got us to our vacation destination the last three years in a row, and in 2011 got us back to Canada despite cancelled Air Canada flights during 911 - (stranded in Oslo, Norway). She demonstrated to us over the years and continues to do so, her professionalism, commitment and loyalty to our travel needs.

She listened to where we've been, our budget, and what we've liked/disliked about previous resorts.
