Negative experience: Aucun professionnalisme de leur part pour le service photo et aucune patience de leur part pour un bébé de 15jr qui n’arrive pas à tenir sans pleurer la dame nous a renvoyé chez nous en refusant de la prendre en photo .. quelle honte de votre part vous êtes vraiment nul dans votre domaine.

Negative experience: What incompetence, I sent everything necessary by mail for an international driving permit (a copy of my driver's license), result, the civic number and my date of birth do not match, lol, a five-year-old could have done better....

Negative experience: I am outraged. We came on a Friday morning during a storm (let's face it, there weren't many customers). We wanted a passport photo for our 7-month-old child. The little one smiled in all the poses. We let a customer go ahead of us as it was taking longer. After 10 minutes, an employee (brown curly hair) came to tell the woman who was serving us, 'you have already been serving them for 10 minutes.' 5 minutes later, the woman who was serving us told us there was a maximum policy of 15 minutes per customer... so we would have to come back another day. Outrageous.

Negative experience: I left a message on Wednesday morning and received no response. They completely disregard the customer.

Negative experience: I called the FDS, it was closed. I left a message on B.V and I never received a callback.
