Fantastic experience: We recently traveled and dealt with Cassandra to help plan. She was very helpful and was prepared with informing us on the weather when we were coming home. Her check ins really eased our travel worries ! We will deal with her again. 100%

Negative experience: Not impressed. Total lack of service. I needed help in booking flights overseas. Not able to immediately find something for me the agent promised to ring or email me later that day but never did. Two days later I rang and she apologized and promised to get back to me later that day or the next. Three days later I'm still waiting. Will never go there again nor recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy with our experience working with Nicole for our trip to the UK. She was efficient, helpful, and reliable for all aspects of our trip. We especially appreciated all of her help when we were on our trip when we lost our luggage and had some flight issues - she was definitely someone we could count on to assist us. Fantastic experience: Don't waste time booking your own trip - Call McPhail Travel! I haven't booked a vacation in years and didn't have a lot of time to plan. After searching online for an agent, I decided to call McPhail Travel - and I'm SO happy I did! Throughout the process of booking our trip, Nicole was extremely helpful and kind. During my last minute ticket purchases when things were getting rushed, Nicole was so patient and did everything quickly and efficiently. She suggested a great itinerary which really worked well for us so that the travel experience would be relaxed.
