Positive experience: Réservation avec Ilana, très sympathique et efficace. voyage familial à Cayo Santa Maria à Cuba au Iberostar Coral Ensenachos. Très belle plage. Hôtel correct mais plusieurs détails trahissent le manque d’entretien. Animations . Nourriture ok mais manque de diversité et d’assaisonnement et de sauce. Le prix est en conséquence donc mes attentes était moins élevées. Nous avons passé un bon moment mais je changerais d’hôtel si j’y retourne pour aller au One Gallery Resort qui offre une construction plus récente et un plus grand choix de nourriture selon ce que d’autres voyageurs ont partagés

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Grand Aston Resort in Varadero. It was my first time in Cuba. It was a beautiful resort, well organized, friendly and helpful, beautiful beach (no sea weeds), very nice swimming pool, fun outdoor entertainment. The food was fine to me; a bit repetitive but there was a lot of food, choices of deserts, etc. Even though there were no spices, regarding the flavor, it didn't bother me. Nice indoor entertainment also. Clean rooms. You always get a bottle of water in the room and they only serve bottled water on the premises so tourists don't get sick. If you run out of toilet paper, just ask the cleaning person. Sometimes, the public washrooms run out of toilet paper, but they replace it quickly. If you are picky about food, bring your own salt and pepper and extra toilet paper. After that, I recommend this resort.

Positive experience: Le Mélia Cayo Santa Maria est un hôtel charmant. Il est plus petit donc, plus facile de s'y retrouver. Le personnel est super, toujours prêt à nous aider. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La plage est à proximité et il y a toujours une personne pour nous aider. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, nous n'avons jamais manqué d'options d'endroits pour les repas.

Fantastic experience: Nous avons bien aimé notre vacance au Marien Puerto Plata en République dominicaine. Le service de Ilana a été impéccable. La nourriture était bien, les boissons alcoolisées étaient bonnes. On pouvait toujours trouver quelque chose de bien au restaurant-buffet. Il avait 3 restaurants à la carte: Mylos"Méditerranéen, Rodizzio (Brésilien), Oracle (Mexicain) & un snack bar à la plage. Les chambres avec balcon étaient propre mais un "resort" qui existe depuis longtemps et qui pourrait bénéficier de rénovations modernes. Les 3 grandes piscines étaient fantastiques. Bonne valeur pour l'argent. Ça été parfait pour un séjour de 7 jours. Un gros merci à Ilana qui nous a aidé à plusieurs reprises.

Negative experience: The lack of customer service and accountability is disgusting, will never use SelloffVacation again. We were three couples that all booked at the same time with Valerie Colpitts Moncton to Vegas. First she sent tickets with the incorrect name for one traveller, then when we arrived at the hotel one of the couple's did not have a room reservation , even though they had paid in full months in advance and had a confirmation. The local office and specifically Val has done nothing but provide an email to complain to. No acknowledgement of any responsibility nor taking action to correct the situation. All the work to resolve the issue has been left us. This issue was not our fault, the issue is with SellofVactions and thier suppplier so we should be getting resolution from SellofVacation but I was just given a blank stare and an email. Unacceptable.
