Fantastic experience: Booked a trip for 8 people with Francine and had an amazing trip! Travelling went very smoothly the resort was great in Punta Cana she made everything easy for us to go on the trip we had an awesome experience with her. My father also had booked a trip with her to Costa rica two weeks prior and had an awesome experience as well. Would definitely recommend maritime travel and Francine

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my time on the bus made a few friends a laughed the hole way up and down from Halifax to Rexton. First bus was older going up, but the bus on the way back was new and a lot nicer looking.

Negative experience: Since their best people have retired they have no idea what customer service is. Those that are left there respond to inquiries for travel with “check our website…”. Enjoy your obsolescence.

Negative experience: I spoke a few times with Lisa about booking my honeymoon for 2023. I was planning on using flight vouchers that had to be booked by June 2022. The last time I reached out was in Feb. 2022 to which I received an email back saying that it was too early for March flights and I was on her to-do list. Now it is July, my vouchers have expired, and I haven’t heard a word from her since Feb. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have always had honest professional service with dealing with Francine at Maritime Travel or any of the team.

Negative experience: Hire employees who know their jobs. At least serve customers with a smile. Today at maritime bus station (Moncton) at via rail station those ladies at information desk were treating me like i was from another planet. Sent me to via rail to change my maritime tickets. I know that i purchased those from via rail website but those are still maritime bus tickets. What’s wrong if I have two big bags in my luggage ( they don’t need to give weird looks to show me that i have a lot of luggage) It was my first and the worst experience in maritime bus. Wish i could give 0 stars
