Fantastic experience: We went on our first cruise in April and tks to Denise Robichaud it was amazing. Denise made sure we were prepared. She spent hours listening to want we wanted. She shared her experience and knowledge with us. She made sure we got the best out of our trip. We will certainly do more cruises and Denise will be our go to person. If you are in the market, we certainly recommend Denise. She was excellent! Thank you Denise!

Negative experience: Booked a flight just weeks pre Pandemic in 2020. First issue was that the wrong flight was booked. All correct information given and none of our information was used to book the flight we had requested. Decisions were made by this travel agent without my knowledge and consent. Poor relay of information from the travel agent as time passed and I was the one always asking questions about our refund to find out that this person FORGOT she had cancelled our flights in March 2020 and we were never told. Found this out 18 months later. Would communicate to us, after we sent an email, by a phone call . I could then not refute what she said as it became my word against this agent.I was told information that was proven untrue , told to shush as that this travel agent would lose their job, that they dealt with West Jet as my third party, to get my funds returned and had no confirmation email from West jet, that they didn't know the last name of the agent who approved my fund transfer and that this travel agent did not want to “rock the boat” , that they trusted this West jet agent and that I would get my funds in 10 to 12 weeks with to confirmation of anything…. The unprofessionallanism was flagrant. Had to deal with the manager , who resolved the issue within hours. I am keeping a close eye on this return in funds , its a wait and see!!!
