Fantastic experience: Christine is the most efficient, thorough, and friendliest travel agent we have ever dealt with in the last 10 years. We rely on her expertise in all forms of travel: flights, river cruises , train tickets, hotel recommendations, etc. She is the best and has made our travel life so much easier and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Kiauna is a fabulous and patient travel agent. She helped me from the start to finish booking a Barbados trip for our family. We had a combo of points and payment for our tickets and had two hotels to book for a divided double pleasure trip. Why not stay at two when you want to try new experiences. She helped me with the air canada app as well and we did everything together. She made sure we got our aeroplan points too. I have never experienced such kindness and professionalism. Fantastic experience: A big thanks to Chris and her amazing staff for making our trip possible. She managed to find us a last minute flight when our Air Canada flight was cancelled due to flight attendants strike. Without her help our trip would not have been possible. Can’t thank her enough. On ignorait tout mais elle nous a mis sur la bonne voie (avion pas cher, hotel situé dans un endroit où on avait tout! Croisière mémorable grâce à ses conseils et son choix! Grâce à Christine, nous avions pu avoir une croisière avec un prix abordable (le choix des staterooms excellent et affordable). Elle nous a renseigné sur des détails auxquels nous n’avions pas pensé et qui nous a sauvé: l’achat du Wi-Fi pour la durée du voyage et à partager ! Cela nous a sauvé de l’argent et du temps! Fantastic experience: Chris has been so helpful in every way when I am planning a trip. She is so knowledgeable, and offers excellent advice and ideas for making everything go smoothly, including flight connections and hotels when transiting. Her own travel experience as well as her contacts in the travel business gives her a wealth of information about tour companies and destinations. Not only that, but she is always cheerful and pleasant to deal with, as are the other agents in the Maritime office. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Called in to see if I could get some better options than the ones I found from my own research. When working with a service provider, I expect them to ask me questions to get more details on what I'm looking for and for us to have a conversation. I felt that the attitude was "I can't do it" before they even knew what I wanted. Very unhelpful, I literally found better deals myself. Heather told me I wouldn't be able to find deals less than $1900 for what I was looking for, but I just found many options myself around $1500-1700 (some even less than that). I'd suggest booking your trip yourself, calling in did not save me time or money.

Fantastic experience: We enjoy our rep Dianne at the Bay in Nanaimo, Maritime Travel. Dianne is very important to us as she has booked our trips for several years. Dianne works her magic and gets the trips without too much downtime.

Positive experience: Heather was very helpful, and super friendly. She helped us find an amazing place for our vacation. The hotel, the veiws, the beach. It was the best vacation we ever had. She answered all my last minute questions and helped me figure out which tickets I needed for which flights. I would recommend this travel company to anyone and will use it again. Thank you again Heather and staff for helping us plan our dream vacation :)

Positive experience: We found our experience with Diane very helpful. She always provides value added service.

Negative experience: Very bad experience here.!. The head woman in the nanaimo branch was WAY to busy to take on new clients. We were talking with her for over 1 month and she still has not gotten back to us about any travel details. This agent seems like she is to busy and has still left us in the dark. 1 out of 10 for customer service. We are looking elsewhere now
