Fantastic experience: We just got back from our first Alaskan Cruise on Holland America Koningsdam which was recommended by our amazing agent Sherri Brookes. Sherri asked questions and based on that info booked us on the perfect vacation, she was experienced in cruising and it showed. We could not have asked for more detailed information, we will definitely be calling Sherri again!! Can't wait for our next adventure with Cruiseplus.

Fantastic experience: A friend had invited me to accompany her to Japan and asked me to book our Hotels for when we arrived, as well as for a portion of our vacation where we would be traveling to Hiroshima. I know NOTHING about Japan, and am not at all comfortable booking on line especially not knowing the terrain or the culture. I went to Cruise Plus to ask my friend Gosia who happens to work there, what she would suggest I do. She said "C'mon in and have a seat" , which I gratefully did - though I was concerned that I was taking up her time since I wasn't there to purchase a cruise! She assured me that she was able to help me and promptly went on-line to inquire about Hotels in Japan. In that we were going to be flying stand-by we needed to be sure we had cancellation insurance and she quickly located Hotels for us that offered free cancellation. I was amazed at her efficiency and ability to provide much needed humor while taking care of what is for me a VERY stressful endeavor. When I left I had EVERYTHING I needed at absolutely no cost, and am still in awe of her generous service and smile Huge thanks to Cruise Plus, Nanaimo, for allowing such wonderful service to people such as myself in this circumstance! Fantastic experience: My wife & I returned from a 24 day cruise Oct. 1-Oct. 24th. (7 day Alaska & 16 days Hawaii combined) with Holland America. This was all done through our travel agent Dakota at CruisePlus she provided us with excellent service & patience due to covid restrictions she minimized the stress factor can't thank her enough & look forward to dealing with her on our future adventures. Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience with Cruise Plus, when I truly needed help with the apps to be filled out. I was a nervous wreck. I walked into the office, saying "we need help" and within 1 min. Sherri Brooks, and Fiona Butchart, came to our rescue. No appt, no asking to take a seat, And NO , WAITING ON THE PHONE, for an hour, being put on hold and making us feel very comfortable. I wish I had gone sooner and could of saved over $250, with the covid test, before going on a cruise. Thank you for your old fashion, friendly service, one on one. Helen and Dan Lefebvre

Negative experience: This is the only company that did not do anything to return my mone instead they charged me 100.00 for absolutely nothing. Be very careful they were take your.money but if you have to cancel they drop you and treat you like a bum.They know how to charge but will drop you an charge you (they hold your credit card )and will just charge you f nothing. I will never deal again with a companylike this. Go directly to the cruise ships and book they will give you the best value. Denny

Negative experience: Very Poor service ! Called in to get a quote for my trip and the person who picked up advised me to go book online through Expedia, literally pushed their business away.. didn't even try to offer any price .

Negative experience: One of the worst sales experiences I have been part of, terrible process. Called in to set up an appointment no one got my name or number and was told to walk in. Walked in at the scheduled time and left with brouchures. Went to Travel Around the world see Kathy, great expereince booked two trips in one visit!!!!!!. To add to the damage, I work in sales and have an appreciation for being busy,develope a sales process.Weak effort for a business and hope someone can turn that around, if your looking for a call agent go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes. No one came to talk to us so we left. Dissapointing.

Negative experience: We were assigned a room (from guarantee) in a handicap room. Not being handicapped and in an area of the ship that was not requested, I wanted to talk to my agent to find out their view on this room. Several hours later I was called by a more senior rep with Holland America on the line and asked if we would move rooms as they had someone who was handicapped. We were to move 3 doors down from where we were first assigned. As it turned out this room is right at the corridor for the elevators and stairways and is also a connecting room. I felt that we were not given the proper time to think this over and get some proper feedback from our original travel agent. Next time I will never go with a guarantee room again.
