Fantastic experience: I had a really nice experience working with Pale Harry he is a very friendly and nice person. He helped me a lot on booking tickets.

Negative experience: I would like to change my review for them .Don’t book with this company.I booked with this company two times.They never helped me ,when ever you call them they will talk with dummy names(fake names) and will not help after the tickets have been booked.worst airline ticket sgent.I called the person by abbott,he said he will talk to his supervisor and get back to me but he never reached me.There is no communication between each other department and use one number for communication.Everytime you call if you start from zero with your problem

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. There is no transparency in booking with them. They provide you price without giving any proofs for it. I had to reschedule my ticket ,and they couldn't provide me the fare I paid before doing the adjustments. Later on they started arguing that it had vanished from their system and it is confidential to reveal the details. I don't understand on one side you are telling me it has vanished from the system, and next time you are talking about confidentiality. The guy who was dealing with me wasn't willing to help at all. It feels like cheating people and making money. If you are giving services to your clients there needs to be transparency and respect for them. Won't recommend them to anyone.
