Thank you for your feedback. It is very valuable information for us as we continually refine our customer service to meet the needs of our clients. Trip final due dates and the remaining balance always appear on the deposit invoice which the client receives at the time of making their trip deposit. We also attempt to make a courtesy call and a reminder approximately two weeks prior to the final balance being due. However, in groups, most of our direct contact is with the group lead. Therefore, we often have to rely on the group lead to communicate to the remainder of the group as we do not necessarily have all of the other members of the group complete contact information. Our standard office hours are 10 to 5 weekdays with appointments available for evenings and weekends which many of our clients use and appreciate.
