Negative experience: Umrah Trip from Toronto, 25 Dec 2023 to 06 Jan 2024. Overall, not a satisfactory experience. Oversize group (62 pilgrims), further complicated by including pilgrims from another country; inordinately long delay checking into the hotel in Mecca; sub-standard choice of hotel in Madina, not clean, recycled bakery items at breakfast buffet, very limited supplies in the room. Lack of mature group leadership and poor coordination. Lessons can be learned from this trip by Saba Travel to improve services in the future on logistics, group size and selection of right team leader.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with friends at Algonquin last weekend arranged by Fahmeena and Niaz Shirazi of Saba Travels and Tours. Every detail was planned meticulously, great food ,and newly renovated rooms at the Inn,made the stay very enjoyable. Looking forward to more such fun trips soon .
